Beautifully designed hardware, constantly improving software

Beautifully designed hardware, I own the P1 and the P1 Mini. Perfectly portable, plug and play and go. The ability to capture your bluetooth, called "BlueCatch" is truly differentiating in a crowded market. For a professional using Teams, Zoom, etc plus the ability to record the room. The HiNotes app isn't perfect, but the speed at which the company both responds to feedback and rolls out improvements is impressive and unusual for a startup. They are transparent on their roadmap and deliverables. I have the unlimited plan and I have been extremely satisfied in my purchase.

Set up and usage not how its marketed

The product arrives in good time, feels fine. There are no clear instructions on how to use it. the support is responsive but of no help. its supposed to market itself as something that records calls using iphones and airpods. it only records you, not the person you are talking to, the you tube videos are set up by people who know how to set it up, they are not designed for someone using first time. huge disappointment

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, no support replying to any message, no assistance, no invoices and lifetime transcriptions included is a lie (but it never works properly so i never had any transcription) In almost a year, none of the bugs was patched. Totally useless product.

I recently purchased the HiDock H1

I recently purchased the HiDock H1, and while it does have some good features, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The docking station is functional and works well most of the time, but I did notice some occasional connection issues when trying to sync with my devices. The design is sleek, but I feel like it could be a bit sturdier. Also, while the setup was easy, the instructions could have been clearer – I had to spend a bit of time figuring things out on my own. Overall, it’s a decent product, but not the best I’ve used. I think there’s room for improvement, especially with the connectivity aspect.

Avoid, false claims of "Lifetime Free AI Transcription"

Avoid. Their customer support is an absolute joke. Purchased one of their devices with "Lifetime Free AI Transcription" and this has not been the case. Despite multiple messages and lazy suggestions from their customer care team (for example, unplug it and plug it in again) and several weeks of back and forth I now have an expensive device that is unusable without a subscription.

Not only this, it took over 2 weeks for it to arrive to the UK.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Buggy Product, Botched Service. A $473 Disappointment.

I wanted to love the H1 dock, and for the first few months after my purchase, it worked perfectly. However, the product has a critical flaw that makes it unusable, and the customer service experience has been a disaster.

About a month ago, my dock failed. It completely stopped recording meetings, refuses to update its firmware, and constantly shows a "memory error."

My attempt to get a working replacement was a catalogue of errors:

1. After lengthy diagnostics, support agreed to a replacement.
2. The first replacement was sent to the wrong address due to a zip code error on their end.
3. The second replacement took another week and a half to arrive.
4. The replacement unit has the exact same "memory error" and firmware issue.

I confirmed this is a product defect by testing it on both my Mac and Windows computers. It's not a software or OS issue; the dock itself is faulty. I've now spent $473 on a defective product and a useless premium transcription service.

I have requested a full refund and am waiting to see if they will stand behind their product. I cannot recommend the H1 dock to anyone.

Customer service is none existent

Customer service is none existent. I paid for a 3 year membership however there was no invoice created for it. I cant reconcile my bank account without it. I have sent 5 online requests through the HiNotes app with no respose. I have emailed seperately with no respose. There is no customer service number to speak to a person. I want a full refund for the membership and I will take my money elsewhere. If this is not completed then I will be taking further action and contact with FCA.

Ordered product a month or so ago and…

Ordered product a month or so ago and delivered perfectly. It’s made my zoom calls easier. Not used any of the advanced features yet…recording call and or zoom sessions.

The over ear headphone can be worn in either ear which is great (I’m deaf in one ear)
