I love the shoes I picked. The white Striders in a size 8 to 8.5 and the gray Striders in the same size. They are more comfortable than any shoes I have. If they weren't so casual, I'd wear them to church. I love the wide toe box and the ability to feel the ground with the nerves that work. I have peripheral neuropathy in both feet and I have vestibular hypofunction. A nerve in my left ear is dead. So, I have poor balance because of that. I'm so glad I bought these shoes. I don’t like all the stalking you guys do after the sale.

The shipping could be faster. It is VERY SLOW. And I kept getting lots (way too many) emails thinking my order was not received, coming, or whatever. I wrote to them about it and did not get a response.Because I LOVE the shoes, I am giving it a 4 star review. Otherwise the company COULD DO MUCH BETTER with Shipping and SERVICE.

I wear my Viosox everyday with my Hike shoes. My feet don’t bother me at all!

I don't know WHO likes these, but it's not me.
The fit (12 mens) was horrible. Hardly anything holding the back of the shoe to my foot. I took about six steps and immediately started the return process (customers pay for return shipping as far as I could see).

I FELT LIKE I FELL FOR A SCAM.

HORRIBLE CHEAP SHOE - DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered the size shoe that matched their sizing chart. The shoes were very small - too short and very tight.
When I requested the procedure for return, I was told to keep the original pair and for $9.99 shipping fee, they would send the larger size.
I was provided no avenue to return the small size. I then agreed to try the half size larger shoe.
When I went to check-out I was charged the$9.99 shipping AND , $7.15 restocking for a total of $16.14. I recommend extreme caution in dealing with HIKE.

Responding to a bad review with useless false concern and understanding WITHOUT any resolution seems like another CON. Sending an email to me saying your offer of money back dropped from 50% to 30% is further evidence of your scam. RETURN MONEY IN FULL!!! You have the order number and the TRACKING NUMBER.

I really like my shoes, but already the inner material is wearing, with material fraying away . . . . so a little disappointed.

Felt ok for the first couple days. Then noticed some pain on the bottom of my heel. The pain worsened so I quit wearing them. I emailed Hike several times about this but NEVER had a response. When the pain persisted for a couple weeks (using anti inflammatory medication, as well elk as heat/ice alternating), I finally went to a podiatrist. When he heard it started with the shoes, he just shook his head, diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. . Now, a few more weeks later, the pain is almost under control, but I am facing surgery if it doesn’t completely resolve. And all because I believed the hype. And with NO customer service, it feels like a scam! Beware!

I am disappointed with the shoes which did not meet my expectations. I sent a notice that I wanted to return the shoes according to the satisfaction guarantee; however, I have not received any response to my request for a mailing label or further instructions on the return of my order # 2666076. Poor customer service and only feedback has been to use the discount provided on next order.

I seen that Hike footwear was offering a second pair free with the purchase of a pair on their web site. So I made the purchase on that web site. I only received one pair, so I call and text the company and they did not resolve this issue. They said that will need to purchase the sneaker again and that they will not honor what was on there web site: the second pair of sneakers. Sad the sneaker are nice, the business morals are not.

Shoes are very good. Shipment took longer than I expected. Also- after buying my pair, I get multiple notifications of buy one, get one. I don’t need 3 pair and regret I bought before seeing this deal.

The shoes were shipped quickly, and I found them to be surprisingly comfortable.

Delivery was good. In one spot I saw to size up because shoe ran samll. I ordered 2 pair so I have a 7.5 and 8. I normally wear a 7.5. They actually feel better. I have worn the 8, don't know if I can return for correct size. Can you help.
