Awful material
I ordered a hoodie. I paid for shipping and then, after despatch they told me it would be much quicker to collect from a drop off point. The material is awful. It literally feels horrible to the touch and due to the return address being in the USA and you have to pay for your own returns, returning is nearly as much as the garment. Would not recommend.

Love the concept but feel I have been duped. The socks and bag were of poor quality and the bag smelt very chemically, on complaining and requesting refund was told to ship back to USA at my own cost. I bought via the shop app and feel that this is not ideal and fear this may be a scam. Really disappointed,considering I thought it was for good purposes feel that it is not waht it seems

Lovely philosophy,lousy clothes
The idea behind this company is obviously, admirable and sounds great. But that's the end of the praise. The item is really nasty quality, not a soft fleece, more a thin shiny cheap looking hoodie. It's horrible. The sizes are totally out as well. I went up a few sizes incase, and it's still tiny. Such a massive disappointment for what I really wanted to be wonderful.
