HWAM A/S Reviews 

I have had a HWAM electronic stove for eight years. It is great and very economical to run. I have found that by dealing directly with HWAM and their staff in the UK servicing and advice is first class. Some dealers are better at selling than they are at after sales service and I understand that the company is trying to raise UK standards to the same level that customers in the rest of Europe take for granted. I have no complaints based on my personal experience and cannot recommend HWAM more highly.

Had my wood burner upgraded to a Wiking Mini earlier this year and have been using it almost every night since the beginning of October and am so impressed with it compared to my old one. It just fits the space so much better, takes a lot less effort to keep going and I've noticed I use far fewer logs. The installers advice on how to burn fuel correctly also gave me a lot more confidence that I'm burning fuel in a more environmentally friendly way. Even my dog loves it!

No customer service. They don’t even have a number to call

Bought the Hwam 2610IHS had it serviced religiously costing over £2000 in service and maintenance but then the sensor went, which meant the stove ceased to work. No one from Hwam responded to me ever! Their part time technical guy in the uk Fred Lee Stoves was rubbish trying to replace ‘the plug’ then ‘the airbox’with a second hand refurbished one then announced as my stove was out of warranty he was forbidden by Hwam to supply replacement parts so basically fix it yourself. Disgusting customer service disgusting company

Terrible experience, had my stove serviced religiously every year then the sensor wouldn’t kick over. They only have a part time uk technician trading as Fred Lee Stoves was arrogant and obnoxious and insisted in replacing almost everything but the sensor even started with replacing the plug all of which of course failed to solve the obvious problem and delayed us for weeks. He’s now informed me he is forbidden by his manager to sell me products as my stove is out of warranty and given me a link to buy my own sensor!! Disgusting pack of lies
Great product but don’t expect it to last long and don’t expect to get parts when they fail
