Lack of communication on a product that…
Lack of communication on a product that was supposed to be in stock waited 2 weeks to get said product , paid for overnight shipping . wasn't told product was not in stock till after i reached out and still was not provided updates or even offered refund on shipping .

The shipping experience was less than…
The shipping experience was less than spectacular. In general, I was able to get the same filter from China in 2 weeks; it took Hydrafill 7 weeks to deliver the filter. I ordered it 12/8/2025 and received it 1/28/2026.
