Easy to order a replacement mattress for the carry cot to for my icandy and super quick delivery!

I purchased an iCandy Peach 7 for my daughter (for my grandson), but from the very first day of use we experienced multiple issues, including a serious safety incident. Following discussions with Baby Planet, a refund was agreed and the pram was returned to iCandy.

Despite having received the pram back at their offices on 9 June (with courier proof of delivery provided), Vanessa, Head of Customer Services, contacted us last week asking when we would be returning it. We immediately supplied the delivery evidence showing that iCandy had already received the pram.

Since then, we have repeatedly asked for clarification and an update on our refund. Unfortunately, Vanessa has not responded to any of our emails. We have now chased this matter five times over the past week without receiving a single reply.

This level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. It appears that the refund process is being unnecessarily delayed despite iCandy already being in possession of the returned pram. Based on our experience, we would not purchase from iCandy again and will be escalating this matter further if the refund is not processed promptly.

I recently ordered a carrycot head frame for my iCandy Peach 7 and had an excellent experience. The customer service team was very helpful during the telephone conversation and assisted me in identifying the correct part quickly and accurately.
The replacement part arrived as expected and fitted perfectly. I am also very pleased with the overall quality and performance of the iCandy Peach 7. It is a well-designed, durable, and reliable pushchair that has served us exceptionally well.

Great service

The new Cocoon 360 Baby & Beyond Seat. Our 6-month-old granddaughter loves sitting in it and sleeps soundly on journeys. Grandma and Grandpa enjoy the ease of putting her in and taking her out of the seat when it is twisted to face us. The swivel action is a game-changer for our backs! The delivery was very fast, and we were set up and ready to go within days of ordering it.

Fast delivery, not cheap

If I pay £1200 for a pram I expect it to be the same colour as the picture and from what I’ve seen online I ordered the colour biscotti and the “gold” is more rose gold and the “light cream” is more of a dark beige so it looks nothing like the picture. The delivery was also 2 days late.

We have the peach 7 model and have been extremely pleased with it! We are between city and country side a lot and the pram is perfect for all terrain we’ve walked on and feels so sturdy and robust. Our little one loves the car seat and has been comfortable in it from day 1 to 3 months (current age). We love that we got so many attachments with it so that the pram can grow as they do! Easy to clean, easy to close down the frame, and our fav part is it’s an absolute dream to push around so smooth. Loads of storage underneath. Have used the waterproof cover lots too. A great investment piece.

I ordered the iCandy Core 2 and honestly, I couldn't be happier with it! It's so easy to push, feels really sturdy and looks amazing too. The ride is super smooth, and my little one seems really comfortable in it. You can tell it's been designed with parents in mind because all the little features make everyday outings so much easier. It's definitely an investment, but for me it's been worth every penny. Absolutely love it!

We absolutely love our iCandy Peach 8. From the moment we started using it, it was clear how much thought has gone into the design and quality.

The push is incredibly smooth, even on uneven paths, and it's so easy to manoeuvre one-handed when needed. The carrycot is beautifully made, spacious and comfortable, and the overall build quality feels premium and built to last.

As a parent, I also appreciate how practical it is. The basket is a great size, the fold is straightforward, and everything feels sturdy without being overly bulky.

I brought the ICandy peach 7 buggy/pram bundle in Ivy. I love that I've not bumped into anyone else in the same colour. It does take up alot of space in the boot of the car but I've just got used to it because I love it so much. The only downside is, now my son is 18 months old, he has learnt to press the button and can climb out whilst I'm pushing him along. I did contact customer services politely, explaining. They replied really quickly but came back with "unfortunately this is a case of learnt behaviour" and a lot of parents apparently buy buckle covers. Obviously I know little ones copy us. If ICandy are already aware of this, why haven't they made it harder to undo? Or include buckle covers within the bundle? I did mention that as much as my little one tries, he is unable to escape from his silvercross highchair. Maybe they should look into any further designs of buggys to make them harder to undo. Surely this is a health & safety issue? But I had no reply. Just something to think about if you are purchasing one as the safety of your little one is the most important thing.
