Cant Recommend

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this fashion brand.

I'm currently trying out some higher-priced clothing and have already tested a few brands. In my opinion, the quality of the products doesn't really justify the price. They have really cool designs, but compared to a brand like Bonsai in the sweatshirt category, Iceberg seems like a poorer alternative. The fabric is quite thin and relatively lightweight.

I also ordered a knit sweater that had a hole in the collar. I politely asked customer support how we could find a good solution in this case, as I liked the sweater and wanted to keep it. I was immediately told: “We inform you that we do not make price adjustments or exchanges.”

I then sent them photos as proof, but received no response. In my opinion, this brand is not to be recommended.

The advertisement a knitted goods in M! There was a children's sweater with size M, it doesn't exist in Italy either!!!! It was a deception! Total 35€ postage delivery and return! For me a mess! Not recommended this brand!

Slow useless website

Their website is useless. Either too slow or down. It would not accept my japan address. Silvia says my fault but it's icebergs pathetic system. Have tried multiple times on laptop and mobile. Will buy elsewhere.

Worst clothing company ever

Worst clothing company ever, they literally make you pay for the clothes plus shipping/importation/vat/tax fees. UPS asking for money because these guys don’t want to pay UPS for sending the goods to me, when I’ve already paid Shipping costs, BAD STYLE CLOTHING WITH OVER PRICED CHEAP MATERIAL,
AVOID AT ALL COST, I understand why trapstar clothing did not get along with you guys

Ordered a T-shirt and sweatshirt for…

Ordered a T-shirt and sweatshirt for £300. UPS Dumped in some delivery box without providing a pin to open it with. Icebergs Silvia basically said your problem. I can’t get through but surely they can as a business customer? If she could be bothered a simple email from them would figure it out? We’ve got your money, couldn’t give a shit from here on attitude. UPS won’t answer the phone or even let you use the live chat. I’ve processed it as fraudulent non delivery via my bank. No idea who these jokers are but do not spend any money with them.

Be warned do not hire this company... they do nothing just take the money... Owner is best product selling person to promise you skies but nothing happens once money is paid... hes employee setup one plugin and that's it all works done and they hope for organic ranking which occurs naturally anyway.. and when you complain about it they show how good ranking works and so much work was done as it ranks but it isnt!!! its just organic ranking which occurs naturally without any interaction.. They delete all reviews across the internet that new buyers cannot find them and read it... As all reviews are bad. Avoid it at all costs dont get scammed like we been...

The most horrible customer service I…

The most horrible customer service I have ever faced. I returned items thru national post. The shipment was held in Italian customs and as per Italian post the recipient should contact customs to release clearance. I explain clearly this to iceberg customer care but they told me I have to wait until their colleague come back from his vocation!!!! After 2 months the shipment was returned to me because there is no response from recipient. I waisted my time (approx 3 months between emails and international calls). I waisted my money (coast of items and shipping). I requested customer care to let their manager call me or email me but their response was (it’s impossible).

I will never ever buy or even visit iceberg stores
