Worst customer service ever. Trying to get a solution for a month now since i reveived a defect item. Submitted a request through the portal and they replied once and requested pictures as proof of the defect which I sent immediately. However, since then absolute silence. Sent few reminders, more pictures, no replies. Called the service desk 3 times, operators at the phone are not allowed to take any action and promise you that IKKS will answer shortly which does not happen.
Used to be a big fan of the brand but my experience with their customers service has completely changed my mind. A pitty...

Disappointing Return Policy – Hidden Costs for International Returns
I recently purchased items from IKKS, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. When I tried to return them, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the return shipping cost had doubled—from €10 to €20—just because the return had to be sent to France.
This kind of unexpected cost feels unfair and discouraging for international customers. Many brands offer free or reasonably priced returns, especially when shopping online, where trying on items beforehand isn't possible.
I believe IKKS should reconsider their return policy to make it more transparent and customer-friendly.

Awful! I used to love going into this shop. They shut all the shops in London, so I bought some pieces online. I started the return process and still haven’t had details on how to ship the return items. I also ordered some of the items in a different size - the second order turned up with missing items and no credit. It’s beggars belief how a company operates like this! And despite you answering me on here, you don't answer your phones, emails at all. I need the shipping instructions and now the time has elapsed, you won't refund me. This company is a scam!

Their customer service is non existent. Not possible to call (only music for 1 minuot then cancels the call).
I’ve been trying to make a return. After 2 weeks I got a pdf in French (I don’t speak French) so I have been e-mailing asking how to return. What parcel company they use etc. But I haven’t gotten an answer in almost 2 weeks. After reading reviews here I realise they don’t provide prepaid return.
I have tried to ask them in dm on instagram to answer my e-mail but they just respond “customer service has a lot to handle right now”…
This is unacceptable! How can a company have such bad customer service?

I can only confirm the below comment. You have to pay for the return full price of an international shipment so much money even though I kept nothing, no customer service. So any problem Good LUCK with getting many back.

If I had only read earlier the scores on TrustPilot regarding the retours, I would have never ordered with them. (1) The website is lying as when you submit a return, you have 14 days and not 30 days (the email you will receive mentions 14 days and not 30) (2) Their customer service number is only music (so non-existant), their chat bot never connects you with anyone, although it says it will, so you cannot contact them. It is such a shame as IKKS has a good reputation, but their webshop is a scam, clearly.

Never shopped with IKKS, saw a coat I liked, carried out online order.
It was sent postage free, arrived in a couple of days, very well packed.
The coat itself was perfect, size, material and style
I would certainly shop with IKKS again.

I bought a jumper in France 2 weeks ago, wore it 6 times and it has started bubbling already, looks shabby, very poor quality.
Was just told to take it back to France although I live in the uk..

Not even worth 1 star. I ordered a dress on the website, which would come from the country I live in. This was not the case since it was delivered from France. The dress is too large so if returning means I would need the pay almost as much as the dress itself! > 100 eur. Customer service is the worst, they don't even answer and you just have to deal with it on your own. Don't order here, terrible service and totally not customer-oriented!

They claim to offer "Free Returns" on the banner on the website, but if you go to customer service it specifies that YOU pay. They don't respond to emails. Their website is misleading.

It's a shame because they have beautiful clothing, but they still have a lot to learn about online retail.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I have now been informed that they have not received my returns, even though, I have proof that it has been delivered. This company is a complete fraud and owes me nearly EUR 500. Please, do yourself a favour, do NOT order from them!!

I have been IKKS customer for many years as I lijed the clothes. But since 2 years, this has beend constantly for several orders been the worst customer experience you can have.
Not one of my returns could be „ found“- despite tracking details. It took me always neary 2-3 months of constant calls, emailing etc to „ find/receive“ the parcel. I am wondering even if this is a fraud attempt as no company can have such bad service over years. They always blame it to UPS. Still for this last return no refund. I will never ever order again, despite it was my favourite brand

For the price of their items they make you pay the return shipping to France, they only give you 14 days to return, they give you no indication that they have received it or how long they will take to return your money. I will never ever buy from IKKS store or online again. Update your customer service for G sake!

Never sent within declared delay, disgusting, arrogant customer service. The warehouse permanently in technical issues.
Although I like the style and design, will never ever buy from them anymore.
I've ordered 5 coats online and 1 was wrong size so I returned it and they take off from your return £15.
This is an absolute rip off. Think again before ordering online.
