I purchased a Q50 SUV the first of April...

I purchased a Q50 SUV the first of April from Principle Infiniti in Boerne, TX. I LOVE IT. The dealership was wonderful, smart and negotiated a good fair price. Rep spent 4 hours, with me taking notes, training me on all the new to Me electronics and navigating the controls and MENU icons. He was awesome. Car drives nicely, with good acceleration and seats cradle me. Easy driver seat controls to help me get in and out of car after recent back surgery. I had forgotten how much I liked a previous infinitii I owned. The Bean, but it was damaged in tornado in Ft. Worth 25 years ago! I hope everyone else has such positive experiences.

"DO NOT BUY infinity QX80"

"DO NOT BUY QX80". My car has serious safety issue which this company infinity is not able to resolve it. We have recently purchase QX80 car and car has some manufacturing defect which they are not able to figure it out. I have given can in service for multiple times and no one able to fix it and worst part is they are saying there is no problem at all. Do not buy QX80, they have many issue with car since its new model. Half of thing were not working in the car which will cost you 120k+ all together which they fix it. I have did a big mistake by trusting Infinity with my hard earn money. This car has wasted my time and gave me frustration. Please do all your research before you go for QX80 and invest your hard earn money. I am just writing this so other customer can make informed decision. DON"T BUY QX80 is my review.

Infiniti/Nissan is not sticking up for…

Infiniti/Nissan is not sticking up for their loyal clients by notifying car dealers to stop price gauging on new car sales. I am on my third Infiniti and it doesn’t mean crap to them. I understand the dealerships are doing the damage but it only affects the Infiniti brand. Most of these dealerships have multiple dealerships with different manufacturing lines in the local area. So they don’t care about the brand. Infiniti likes to say they can’t control local dealer but a manufacture can impose any policy they want to be enforced. Every manufacture has SOP’s that the dealership needs to follow. Why not price garaging? Infinit loves sending surveys so why don’t they send a survey now to get feedback from their loyal customers on the current situation. When will Infiniti stock up for their brand. I have two leases that are due. Infinit is to blame that I can’t turn my car into a non Nissan/Infiniti dealer. Maybe if they change this policy it would give the consumer some buying power and less control to the dealership. I talked to Infinit consumer affairs. The lady was very nice and empathetic but I truly didn’t feel Infiniti cared. She mentioned they are aware, but no action is being taken. The hardest thing for any company is protecting its brand. Good luck to the Infiniti reputation management department.

Pure Garbage! Zero Stars!

This is how Infiniti likes to treat their customers, by screwing with their payments, damaging their credit then trying to make them pay twice. I don't know if the people at Infiniti can add, so maybe the public can figure out this equation. How in the world am I passed due when Ive made 27 payments out of a 39 month lease? It clearly shows 12 payments left and my lease is up 09/01/2021. So lets all count together, October 2020, November, 2020, December 2020, January 2021, February 2021, March 2021, April 2021, May 2021, June 2021, July 2021, August 2021 AND September 2021, thats 12 months right? So as of today October 2nd I should be current owing October 2020. So how in the world am I behind? I"ll take a guess! The wonderful people at Infiniti Financial Services have royally screwed up my previous payments and my account and will do nothing about it.

We just purchased a 2018 Certified Q50…

We just purchased a 2018 Certified Q50 from Fakour and John Bishop On Camelback Road in Phoenix.
We were given many honest questions concerning the cars that we were looking at on Sunday. He was patient and found answers if he was not sure. He treated us like a professionals and works expediently once we decided on which car we wanted to purchase.
Thank you for making this as painless as possible. Buying a car is never an easy thing to do. 5 stars.
