I hate their UX
Infomaniak is typically engineering driven company and as far as technology is concerned they are certainly very competent. But when it comes to the user interface, they have no idea. Every time I need to do something simple such as creating an email for a new domain I just bought, I end up calling the support three times before I get it done. I guess they fell in love with complexity and misguidance.

Great provider, fast and easy to buid a website. Also allowing to have and manage up to 20 sites for a little price. I come from siteground and I found infomaniak a lot better.

They do not know what they are doing. Support does not answer. Don't use infomaniak email and hosting service.
I am running a small company, with a main email address. One day the address just disappeared from the inbox email list on infomaniak, contacted support, they took ages to answer just to give a blanket "it was deleted", sorry what?

We do want to be transparent: email addresses on our platform do not disappear on their own. There is no scenario where an address would simply vanish without a deliberate action — whether from the account holder, an administrator, or an authorized user. This is why we are genuinely surprised by what you describe, and we would very much like to investigate what actually happened in your specific case.
Regarding our support, we also want to push back respectfully: our teams work hard to provide accurate answers, and a response confirming a deletion would only be given if our logs clearly show it — not as a dismissive blanket statement.

They have blocked my project, and I can’t do anything about it.
I registered on their platform about a week ago, and after that time, without any warnings, they blocked my project, effectively paralyzing my work. I’m very dissatisfied that they have not responded to me for several hours it seems like they have no intention of paying attention to my issue, as I contacted support but, as I mentioned, they still haven’t replied.

This measure is necessary to protect both our infrastructure and other users on the internet — and is applied regardless of any wrongdoing on your part as the account holder.
We can see that our support team (ticket #INK-KJB-83345-289) has been in direct contact with you to help identify the affected server and guide you through the remediation steps. We understand the delay in initial response was frustrating, and we take that feedback seriously.

Infomaniak: Finally a great EU alternative for the BigTech. Start using kDrive and kMail in February 2026 and now the complete suite. The most secure and solution that follows EU rules like security and privacy standard.

Great ethical choice. Cloud drive is great, email and calendar are good.
I've adopted the email, calendar and cloud drive functionalities. I use all of them on my PC and on my iPhone.
The cloud drive is fantastic, fast and reliable. I love that Infomaniak is based in Switzerland and commits strong to protecting our privacy. The free basic My ksuite subscription also grants access to Euria, an AI assistant Infomaniak claims is carbon neutral(!) (I have not really tested it yet though).
Overall, the email and calendar work fine, although some features could be improved for a better customer experience (e.g. fewer clicks when connecting, occasional bugs when creating calendar entry, better synchronization with IOS calendar).
If you're looking for a email/calendar/drive/contacts/more suite that values privacy and takes ethics and sustainability seriously, Infomaniak's My ksuite is probably the best free service you'll find out there.

Great alternative to google services
Great alternative to google services. They seem to operate ethically and hosted in Europe which i like. Servers run on renewables is a plus too. And customer service actually exists compared with google which is impossible to contact.

Same here, good choice to get rid of Google
Same here, switched to Infomaniak to get rid of the dependency of Google. Mail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Google Site. They are a very good Provider, the Ksuite is very nice , they have good prices and a very nice Support.

Kdrive equivalent or better than "big ones" :-)
Powerfull solution, at the level (best for some aspects) than the "well known" solution I had before. Data Migration has been very easy and adaptation of my "applications" using file storage (Iphone Photo automatic save, Music reader, ...) simple too.
