Not all military records are available in every case, which may explain why this information was not present in your report. As disclosed in our Terms of Use, we compile data from a variety of third-party data providers and publicly accessible sources, and we do not guarantee any specific information or results.

We can confirm that your account has been successfully canceled and a full refund has been processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please be advised that your email has already been unsubscribed from receiving marketing communications from us, so no further marketing emails should be reaching you. We have also sent 3 follow-up emails requesting additional details so that we can locate the specific report and address your concerns directly, however we have not received a response to any of them. Without this information we are unable to fully investigate and resolve this matter on our end.

If you are continuing to see pop-ups on a specific device, these may be browser notifications that were previously enabled and are not directly from us. Here are the steps to disable them:

Regarding emails, if any email addresses are associated with the person's name in our available records, they would appear in the report at no additional cost. After looking into this further, we confirmed that there were two separate services associated with your account. Only one subscription had been canceled previously. When you contacted us on February 4, 2026, the second subscription was also successfully canceled, and the charge associated with that billing was refunded. No additional charges will be processed going forward.
