-The website is rubbish, there is no way to add more expenses to the case (knowing it’s still going on and expenses are adding up)
- the customer service is rubbish, there is no way to get in touch with them, no phone number, and the automated chat is a cheap bot that cannot answer any question
- they lie about their customer service working hours, it’s the bot answering all the time even within their self declared working hours
- Do not use them, you will regret
I started to register a case just out of curiosity, but didn't complete the process. But once you have typed in your contacts it's impossible to close the case. There is no way to reach out to them and you will be reminded to do so without having the option to opt out. Would be different if the case was sent and Imsurello actually started "working" on it. But for me I just want them to leave me alone. So think twice before you engage.

Very happy with Insurellos hard work. I see a lot of reviews complaining about long wait times but you need to have patience. Although I wasn’t satisfied with the amount (considering my lifestyle with never be the same again) I am satisfied with having Insurello in my corner. At the end of the day it is still more money than my insurance company we’re willing to payout in the beginning. If you don’t want to fight the insurance companies by yourself I highly recommend Insurellos services.

the crap company is demanding their share of the compensation even though they closed the case because there was no compensation to be had, then I contacted the insurance company myself and received uninformed that they never received any photos of my scars, when I write to their live chat regarding this I am told that I will be called, but no nothing, avoid this sh!t

My boy had a damaged face nerve.
I waited more than one year to get any feedback from Insurello.
After that, there was zero explanation why they didn't do anything - the case was closed. (it was simply that we get everything that you can, but I get nothing)
I created a new case - auto response. No one checked that case seriously; that was my feelings; they didn't fit.
That time I get premium privet insurance.

Insurello did everything i didnt have to do.
I just signed some papers and waited for money, and they fixed it.

I got many reminding emails telling me that my pictures that dokumented my injury was not sufficient but thet were very clear and showed very well how my leg was blue and yellow as a result of me getting hit by a horse. But insurello did not find the images clear enough and i could not take new pictures so long after the accident.
