Great product!!! terrible customer service make sure you know your size and also there IS A HUGE DIFF BETWEEN SMALL AND XSMALL THINGS WITH THEIR PRODUCT PROB 3 sizes smaller then a small I started with medium great, then a small and a month later went to x small and tried to return it but bc I tried it on and it had white dust on it that literally brushes off it was t able to be returned they so not care if you have bought and were turning out to be pretty loyal I also think they changed their production bc there product smelled like chemicals it was terrible the first 2 amazing the last one terrible!!!

I will never order from this company again. First the sizing is way off. They ran very small. I ordered 2 garmets so I could decide which would work better. Big mistake. All I did was try it on after a shower with my undergarments on. I returned it and they said there was something on it and would not refund. Plus u pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Terrible customer service!

I purchased a garment from this company and tried to get a refund because the garment was way too small. After receiving the instructions and paying to have the garment shipped back I received it back in the mail. They say inspection saw a super faint white place probably from deodorant on the inside mid section of the garment. They just don't want to give me a refund, the place was so faint that it had to be circled just to find it. I explained it wasn't worn, only tried on and it was still denied as unacceptable. There were no marks on the outside, no smells or anything. I will never purchase from them again, I previously made 2 purchases and they fit but unfortunately they are not a company with integrity and I'm stuck with a garment that I can't use. Do Not Purchase if You're not 100% sure you can wear it!!!!

Please make sure you don’t try on garments, you won’t get your refund!! I tried it on bra was too small took off and place back in bag. I didn’t get refund because the lettering kind of rubbed off

I bought two compression garments. One was opened and one leg pulled up to knee level. It was way too small despite being the same size as one provided by my surgeon. Isavella refused a return of the opened garment claiming it was stained and had 'red dots'. They could not provide evidence of stains and supposed dots were in a place that never touched my body. This is not a reputable company so buy at your own risk and realize they do not honor any returns thst are opened at all.

If i could give 0 stars i would i ordered 2 compression garments based on sizing from my surgical provider; i had ordered from in the past well these garments were different they were the shorts and i couldn't get a leg into them and immediately put them in a package to return both; now the fun begins the returns process is bogus you gave to email them get a firm fill out the form and pay to ship your garments back and a $35.00 restocking fee?? well fast forward i did all of that on 5/12/2025 two weeks went by and nothing so i called and said i wanted a status on my return the representative advised that they would get back to me well the next day still nothing i called again and the rep stated oh we issued a credit of $155.00 for one garment the other one had a white marking on it i was like what thats literally impossible i never even tried the other on one the legs were so small and that i wanted my money back she put on my hold and was like we can refund you 60% im like no i want a full refund she was like oh well we're going to ship you the garment back like for what i can't for it i never tried it on give me my money back she was like all i can offer is 60% i said i will be providing a written complaint to my surgical provider disputing this with my bank and ensuring these reviews get out here because i really think if there was a mark it happened in your warehouse because got 1. i couldn't even try the garment on and 2. clearly it was lost for a minute hence why i had to call on status of my refund after weeks of no response: the rep told me to fl what i had c to do.. Then get this 30 minutes later the same rel called me back and didn't even realize who i was and then finally realized she had just spoken to me and was like oh yeah i can't help you..talk about poor service, policy, and disorganization; Well my order number is #25700 they need to make this right i won't accept anything less

I have been given the most run around ever for 30 days!!! First of all I received the incorrect garment size which was something out of my control. I contacted them immediately mentioned the issue and informed them I wanted a full refund and no longer needed the garment. I sent it back after speaking with a representative and she mentioned she needed approval but I would get a refund. However, I received a package from them again and it’s the garment I returned to them. I contacted them once more and the representative informed me that the garment I sent back was dirty and stained and had a very obvious black stain. First of all I never even tried it on!!! Second she never sent me the images she claimed to have and would be emailing. Now I’m out $50 and with a garment I don’t need and doesn’t fit. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service, I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a garment and when I got it, I didn’t know it had a lace at the bottom and it wouldn’t work under my clothing. Without even trying it on, I sent it back to the company. It was in brand new condition minus the package being open. After a month, I hadn’t heard anything and contacted them back. They made me provide a tracking number and I didn’t hear anything again for an initial three days. They finally responded And told me they were looking into it. Then I received a call stating that there was blood on the garment and they would not be able to accept the return. I received the garment back today. It’s definitely not blood on the garment, but there is some type of rust stain on the outside of the garment that was not there when I sent it back. Their customer service is very poor and it’s definitely a shady business.

I measured and my daughter also measured for the compression garment since it was pretty pricey. When received it was way too small. Contacted the company to get RA number and made sure it was within the 15 day limit. They then returned the item back to me stating it had a lotion stain and some other stains. They sent pictures and on the female area there were two small specks of something so tiny I had to almost use a scope to see them. I couldn't even get the garment past my upper legs let alone anywhere near my female area. Where the spots came from I have no idea (maybe came with garment?) I did see other reviews with the same complaint. I wish I had looked prior to buying. They are scamming people, is all I can see. Buyer BEWARE!!

I received my Faja from them through my doctors office after my surgery so mine was free fortunately, however, I would just like to inform anybody that’s thinking about buying with them how much a waste of time it is I know what it’s supposed to be doing, but it’s not it barely trained the body because the material in the middle is not only not stretchy enough, but it’s not Elastic to snap your skin. It won’t change it if you try to wash it and after all the surgery and everything and being way smaller, the size that I am in would not be adequate of what size I actually am size charts I wear a medium or a small clothing and it’s saying I need a two or 3X I would shop somewhere else the whole brand I even have a binder from them that was given for free and I don’t like that either. Thank God I didn’t pay but still wanna let people know. I think it’s a waste of money in time

I ordered a $100 garment. I tried it on but couldn't get it over my hips after 2 attempts of struggling to get it on. I reached out to the company to get an exchange for a larger size. They said no problem so I paid to have it shipped back. After weeks of waiting, I sent an email asking about my return and when I will recieve my larger size. They said it didn't pass the inspection because it has white marks on it. Was a waste of money and time.

I have purchased from Isavela in the past. I bought again based upon previous sizing and the chart they provide on their website. The garment was so small I couldn't get it past my thighs. To exchange they wanted me to pay for shipping again! I returned and had to pay for shipping twice and they charged me a restocking fee. It is unethical to post an inaccurate sizing guide and charge the customer for shipping on the delivery, exchange and return! I wasted $30 and have nothing. Will never buy from this company again!

Like another reviewer…I was scammed out of a garment/refund. The day I received my garment I attempted to try it on but was unable to get it past my thighs to properly put it on. I immediately took it off and emailed the company to ask for an exchange/refund. They provided me with the refund authorization and said I could return the garment if it was unworn and in its original state and packaging, which it was. The garment was clean and free of any marks. I shipped it back at my own expense a day or two after receiving it. A few days later I asked if it was received. I was ignored on my first email attempt. I emailed a second time and they got back to me letting me know that they couldn’t accept my return because of the condition of the garment. They attached pictures of a dirty garment that did not look like anything that I sent back. The garment they sent pictures of looked disgusting, dirty, and worn. No one in their right mind would return a garment back in that condition. I’m highly offended because they’re insuating that I’m not only dirty but also dumb. I feel as if they have a garment they use to take pics of to send back to customers who ask for a refund. I won’t be buying from them again and every chance I get to leave a negative review…I’m leaving one. They don’t do good business. For all of that they could’ve just said there’s no refunds or exchange!

The company only post many of their good reviews on their site. They emailed me asking for a review and they never posted it. My review was that the compressor garment was inadequate. It did not compress very well. I ordered according to the measurements listed. I wouldn’t have a problem reordering again but they are not very honest.

This company sells compression garments for after surgery. I'm sure their products are fine. But if you have to return anything, you should prepared to be scammed. If your garment doesn't fit, you'll be asked to call a number and get a reference number for your return. You'll fill out a form and mail the return at your own expense. A week later, you'll find the garment in your mail again, with no refund given not too mention the wasted money shipping it back. Of course, this will be conveniently past the 15 day return window and no record of your return reference number or any way to challenge this outcome since their customer service line will hang up on you when you try to call. Very shady.
