Great Price for an excellence ride with an amazing e Scooter. The Trips are funny and the quality of the Scooter is Great. My ride on a rainy day was uncomplicatet. The Scooter works. In the summertime I ride every day. I would like to buy it again. Also the Fast shipment and the Package was great.

I had an issue with my IScooter W6 and got immediate and personal attention to the matter. All dialogue went smoothly and they were very supportive and understanding. Matter got solved within a few days after close dialogue and I can only recommend the company to anyone who´s planning a purchase of an electrical scooter.

Iscooters are good value for money . Furthermore, when I had a problem popping up , the support from iscooter was very quick , fair and followed through on . The company is friendly and easy to deal with . 5 star company .

Within a few months of purchasing my scooter it had a defect. I contacted iscooter customer support team who were excellent, I got the scooter tested and a diagnostic locally and it had a motherboard problem. They gave me a full refund. The team were very polite throughout, understanding and efficient, we have 2 iscooters i9 and i9max and its comforting to know when things go wrong they find a solution. Thank you

Purchased 2 M10 electric bikes. Delivery was prompt and quality of the bikes is very impressive for the cost. only issue as both bikes had faulty controllers (electric assist was either on or off rather than graduated from 1 to 5). after contacting customer services, who replied within 24hrs, 2 replacement controllers were sent to me and 2 videos showing how I can fit them myself were supplied, which i did easily. Both bikes now working as should and i am very pleased with them. I am very impressed with the M10 and especially with the excellent customer service supplied. based on my experience, i recommend this company.

A very good scooter for mobile use at different places. The low weight is an big advantage for any type of transport.
It shows a good quality ,a fair price and a good driving experience.

Hello a bought a scooter from this company just Christmas it's worked perfect then it stopped working a contacted the company it was still under warranty it just like anything u buy parts break but its how the company deals with the problem when u contact them they where fine they they got it picked up from the house fixed it and are sending it back out with a phone holder and helmet and a extra 2 month added to the 12 month warranty so really am can't complain it broke they fixed so alls good a would like to thank them for the swift response and the extra stuff

No updates can’t get through to speak to anyone! Customer service is terrible I ordered 5 days ago and still no update was suppose to be delivered in 1-3 days!
