Ordering and delivery very good. Only downside was that I ordered with a supposed free gift with one of the items as advertised on your site, only to be told that the offer had been withdrawn, and should not have been shown. May have ordered elsewhere if I had known this at the time of ordering.

Battery promotion confusion...
Difficult experience, with both ITS & Bosch. Bought a Bosch Pro tool that ITS advertised as a free battery can be claimed AFTER DELIVERY of tool, (you upload an invoice and serial No of tool to Bosch to claim). I found this was not possible, went back to ITS who were not interested at all, said i should contact Bosch customer service, which I did, after a bit of backwards and forwards etc, Bosch said this promotion is not a promotion via third parties (ITS ) only direct sales from Bosch. ITS were rude to a point of a shouting match, and no further help, so posted.
Update - very fast call from Jordan who really new his stuff, Bosch were in fact incorrect and ITSs promotion is CORRECT, Jordan talked me through the issue to get the tool registared, all appears ok now, but maybe customer service should have got internal help quicker, as much could have been avoided.
