I have ordered from you plenty of times…

I have ordered from you plenty of times before and had no issues at all. unfortunately this time DPD have let you down, I ordered something that I specifically needed to complete a job. I got my time slot for delivery, left work early and waited at home. I then received a message 5 minutes into the time slot to tell me unfortunately I had missed it. I looked at the picture the driver had taken which was just a blurred picture of nothing, I also have a ring doorbell so I know for a fact that this driver had not even attempted to deliver my items. this meant I was unable to complete my job on time. I have previously always left 5 star reviews for ITS, my gripe is really with DPD!!!!

The service was quick.

The service was quick and they delivered to my place of work, which is no mean feat as most people say that they cannot find it.
The driver was polite and pretty much bang on.

Fantastic customer service initially…

Fantastic customer service initially there was an issue with the delivery but the ITS team sorted this very quickly I was very impressed with the speed in which they sorted the issue out and will definitely be using ITS in the future.
