Massively overpriced for a free form
They wanted to charge 11,800 Yen (about 118AUD) for a form I can get for free.
Luckily, I persisted with their chatbot, which kept trying to encourage me to pay something, needing repeated "cancel and refund" prompts, and offered first a 50% discount, then a 75% discount.

BEWARE! Thought I was using the government website, scammed out of £60 "fee" for usIng the service. Only realised when I looked at my bank statement. No clear indication on the site that it wasn't the UK gov site nor what the cost would be.

Visa Cost Me Money Needlessly
Today I am traveling to Mauritius, which I have done several times before. I inadvertently clicked through iVisa and ended up paying $140 for a free service. My mistake for sure.
Once I realised I went direct to the Mauritius Govt website and it worked instantly, at zero cost and without the delays that I experienced with iVisa.
I would be very careful before dealing with this firm. You may be paying needlessly.
