Extremely easy to navigate the site and check out. Delighted to find size 36 and the style I want. Did want a another pair but unfortunately out of my size.

I love their shoes. I usually cannot walk on heals, I bought a pair of boots on the heal and first day I wore them I walked 30 meand it was super easy and comfortable!

I purchased a pair of Anvers 35 boots in Sept. 2024. The fit was good. I only wore them about 15 times since they were insulated and my feet get hot easily. I wore them at the end of December 2025. It was raining and my feet were getting wet. When I returned home I looked at the soles and they were split at the ball of the foot on both shoes. I expected better from boots meant for outdoor hiking. I took pictures and I am waiting for a response from the manufacturer. Never again I have gotten better wear out of cheap boots than these expensive boots.

I am diabetic and 88 years old. always thought of Siebel shoes as high quality from what I heard. But I bought a pair and am now nursing my foot which I always looked so well after because of Siebel Shoes. It has Half sizes which I thought was good for winter socks but the uppers were complete wrong, too tight and too low for a lace up. A bad design. The sole is not firm enough for old people and will soon wobble making it dangerous for balance. I am very angry as the side zip again on one foot is hard to pull up . It is just a low quality as far as design is concerned. But that it caused friction on the top of my foot is outrageous. If it is at the inner side you can have it stretched but not on top, I am not surprised people are angry about these shoes and for a diabetic it just dangerous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. JAMELA KING.

Everything was easy except for the payment page. My item was shown on the left, but on the right the total was shown as €0,00. I selected Paypal, and the correct amount was charged, but still it gave me a few moments of doubt. (Chrome browser on Windows 11 PC)

I'm so sorry you don't ship to Norway. I had to have it shipped to friends in Stockholm, Sweden.

Once again I got wonderful boots, very comfortable, made of very soft and flexible leather, and very beautiful. The only thing that displeased me was DHL's service, as it took a long time to deliver the order and forced me to go and pick it up at a service point. I would really like Josef Seibel to work with a more competent and efficient transport company.

In my opinion the JS website is not so clear. For example, if I pay through paypal, it seems that it does not allow you to check the cost-items before the actual charging on the credit card (for example, the transportation cost)

I bought these from John Lewis in January. They were in the sale with £20 off of the original price of over £100. They have been exceptionally comfortable from day 1 of wearing, and they are waterproof. So far so good. Tonight, I looked at the sole because they were clicking on a hard floor and the left one has split from one side to nearly the other (as mentioned in other reviews). 4 months of mostly daily use (which I don't think is unreasonable, bearing in mind the cost) and they are clearly becoming unusable. I will be taking this up with JL.

Bought a pair of boots while in Germany 4 months ago, the sole on the left foot already split across, right foot starting to show a fissure, terrible quality and high price, stay away from JOSEF SEIBEL Schuhfabrik products.

I live in Ireland, and wear size 43, maybe not an issue in Germany, but here in Ireland, I can't just walk into a shoe shop and ask to try on something that caught my eye, they will not have my size. Only came across two places that do carry sizes bigger than 41. I first came across the comfort of Josef Seibel clogs many years ago, and as online shopping became a thing, I was able to get my new favourite Rosalie with no bother. Once I established my correct size, I
can now order with confidence. Initially I did order a size too big, but that was not an issue, you have free returns and are refunded the full cost of your order including postage, and all this is done efficiently without any follow up on the customers part. I would have no reservation in
recommending SB to anyone, and in fact I do, quite a.lot. The range, quality, comfort and value for money of their footware is really great, and they are a really good company to deal with.

Good shoe quality s well as comfort and very reactive customer service.
