I am publishing this formal notice regarding JoyaGoo’s unlawful restriction of my user account and the bad-faith withholding of my property.

Evidentiary Facts:
On June 28, 2026, I provided JoyaGoo compliance agents with official, legally binding documentation from my financial institution explicitly stating: "The merchant already resolved your dispute and refunded the transaction on 6/1/26." This dispute is legally closed, fully settled, and no active chargeback or pending liability exists against my account.

Breach of Terms & Extortionate Demands:
Despite receiving conclusive electronic evidence that the merchant account has been fully satisfied, JoyaGoo customer support has refused to review the June 1st billing logs. Instead, support has attempted to condition the restoration of my account privileges upon an unauthorized financial demand, instructing me to "temporarily top up the disputed amount."

Demanding additional out-of-pocket funds to resolve a completely settled banking matter constitutes a deceptive corporate practice. JoyaGoo is effectively holding my paid cart and account hostage.

Required Resolution:
I demand that a senior billing manager immediately review the transaction logs dated June 1, 2026, overrule the frontline support script, and unconditionally lift all account restrictions. Failure to restore immediate access to my profile will result in further escalation to consumer protection regulatory bodies and merchant payment processors.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Joyago. The shipping to Morocco took way too long—more than a whole month of waiting! To make matters worse, the order tracking system is completely useless and provided no real updates. The customer support center was equally unhelpful and lacked professionalism.
​When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the items inside were dirty and covered in dust/dirt. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this service at all due to the terrible logistics and lack of cleanliness.

Absolutely terrible they made me pay 30quid for a supplier then 90quid for my stuff so I thought that,that was it right. boy how I was wrong so I thought the package was maybe on its way by now NO they tried to make me pay another price 100 SHIPPING FEE NAAAHH now they did not notify me that was the price at all they're now not responding to my email that I want my refund back and I'm pretty sure they're partners with resseling lab bc they sent me there and they're tryna ALSO CUT ME SHORT WHEN I SAID WANT A FULL REFUND.ps if u don't want to be fooled don't buy from here or resellinglab aka this isn't going down until I get my FULL REFUND.now I texted them again they tried blackmailing me they swear at u and cuss u out when u want a refund talking bout some get ur money up lil bro ur not getting shit yo u take ur review down nah they only want it down so they can scam some more people on the low I called my bank and I will get my money back

Customer service is good. Most links are unavailable to buy. Joyagoo allow you to purchase goods that are not in stock, this wastes everyone’s time as they have to just return the goods to the seller and refund money to buy. My worst Chinese agent experience. Shipping is outrageous. Around 20 euros per kg.

I ordered about 20 items, 10 of which were cancelled and no refunds.
Some items simply can't be shipped because they have a battery, so I have to return them.
Support is zero, they simply don't respond.
Shipping to Europe is astronomically expensive.
I don't understand where all these positive reviews are coming from, it looks more like a scam.

A terrible experience throughout. Had to reorder everything 3-4 times as the agents would cancel my items at their discretion. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for delivery, had to repack some parcels thrice as they couldn’t tell you in advance whether the packages would fit the line, still didn’t get anything 3 weeks after the parcels had been shipped. I mean stay away from it, it’s not worth it

Can I know when my order will arrive?

I’m extremely satisfied with Joyagoo! The app runs very smoothly and is very user-friendly. Everything is well organized and easy to find, which makes shopping truly enjoyable and stress-free.

The products are great quality and match the descriptions and photos perfectly. The delivery was faster than expected, and everything was neatly packaged. Customer service is also quick to respond and very helpful with any questions.

What I especially like is that the selection is regularly updated, so there are always fun and new items to discover.
