Great customer service.
Jerseys run small. Ordered XL Argentina shirt and it was smaller than a L.
Reordered an XXL and it fit great. Looking forward to wearing it at the 2026 World Cup.

There were a couple of marks on the first shirt that arrived. I reached out, sent a couple of images and another one was sent with no questions asked. Communication was outstanding and the new shirt is fantastic! My advice is to go a couple of sizes up. I'm usually a Large with most T-shirts and I went 2XL which fists perfectly. Tough to find Bergamo Atalanta shirts apart from the Atalanta shop or New Balance in Begramo where they are very expensive.

Wrong size was ordered and customer service was quick and helpful to get the accurate size sent.

I ordered the wrong size jersey for a Christmas present. I reached out the day after Christmas and they are already sending me a new jersey. The seller was accommodating in assisting me with finding the correct size after I purchased the wrong size initially...which was difficult to navigate on the website when searching for kids sizes in the jersey we desired. I truly appreciate the service that was provided. The quality of the jersey is fantastic and my son loves them!

I bought a Bayern jersey for my kid's birthday and made some clerical errors in the transaction that could have turned the whole thing into a fiasco but Brian and the folks at kickoffshopper responded to every inquiry from me with amazing quickness and worked with me and kept telling me it's gonna turn out OK and by god it turned out great! UPDATED AFTER REFUND

Made the error of thinking they were authentic because of the price being same as authentic jerseys. Realised they were replicas once the were being shipped from China. My mistake.

The refund process involved me shipping the shirts to the US which would have been illegal. After much back and forth and a negative review, the seller agreed to refund my money but didn't refund the import tax and local delivery cost I had to pay when they arrived Dubai. I also lost a few dollars to exchange rate difference. The seller asked I donate the shirts to whoever needs them as they are of no use to me.

Happy to have gotten some money back and I'll ensure to read all details in the future. Some details are not made obvious for a reason.

I bought a shirt for my Dad as a Father’s Day gift and it was too small. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered a solution. I paid an international shipping fee and they promptly sent a replacement in the next size up and let me keep the original. Amazing service, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the ordering, shipping , and customer service - everything was great. The Jersey fit my son perfectly , material is awesome. We will deft order from here again.

at first - didn’t realize it was a replica. I contacted their customer service via chat to cancel the order and they easily resolved my request. I recommend doing business with them.
