In addition , the original game has double the pieces so more players can play and even though the size of the box is the same , the amount of pieces included is HALF the amount in original game. The packaging is copied to look almost identical so it was misleading. Alongside the above we WAITED a long time for delivery with very LITTLE correspondence in the interim. The price was expensive and no less than the original game price but product was less than expected. Would def not use company again

Exceeded expectations
I was able to purchase a doll not available in the UK at a lower than average price. I was initially skeptical as I’ve not heard of this site but I received regular deliver updates and the item arrived within a week which is better than some UK based couriers.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The price of the doll I wanted increased almost every day: from $45 to $65, then $75 and finally $95. Meanwhile, other items in the same collection remained unchanged.
This does not seem like normal market fluctuation, but rather a selective and inconsistent pricing practice.
Customer service insisted they are the cheapest on the market, which does not explain these daily price increases.
Overall, this feels unfair and lacks transparency. I would not recommend this company.

Very Disappointed
I ordered items from Kid Inn 6 months ago for my 7 year old Son's Christmas. These items never arrived and sadly I am still waiting for my full refund. I do not normally do reviews but feel very disappointed and let down by a Company that does not fully acknowledge and provide full refund for items and a delivery fee that was never received. I will be avoiding Kid Inn in the future which is a shame as it offers lots of great toys but they on this occasion have let myself and my Son down.

Misleading delivery information.
The advertised delivery time on Google was 2-3 days. This was quicker than other sellers and the reason I chose to buy from them. After I purchased it, the estimated delivery changed to 4-6 days. When the tracking went live it indicated 8 days. It actually took 6 days and was actually despatched from Spain to the UK, again this was not advertised. When I asked customer support why the delivery had changed from advertised, they gave me all the information I already knew and didn't answer my query.

Not the best company for delivery timescales. Confirmed product in stock. Due to be delivered today. Company confirmed still awaiting item to be delivered to them to dispatch. Product received is different to description
I ordered a Ravensburger Magma and Monsters Portal Dash Minecraft board game for a Christmas present in November 2025. It arrived on 17th December but wasn't opened to be played with until February. Unfortunately, we can't play the game: all the pieces inside the box are in a foreign language. There's nothing in the product description, or the exterior of the box indicating the contents are foreign. The box exterior is in English.
Despite contacting Kidinn @ Tradeinn.com twice, they refuse to send a label so I can return for refund. They state I'm not entitled as I've had the game over 30 days since delivery. I've pointed out to Tradeinn.com the product is significantly different to the product advertised on their site therefore, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I have six months, not 30 days to return for refund. This company appears to be ignoring the legislation as the only response I receive is the 30 day rule, which clearly doesn't apply in my case. I've referred the problem to UKICC. Potential customers be aware before you purchase from this company.

Don’t order here! It is a scam and most positive reviews here must be fake. Order something and there is simply no progress. No information, expect the bill and the order stays forever on “being forwarded to shipping department”. I can probably forget about my money back. This response is nonsense. The webpage to return the item has an un-clickable button so you cannot go through the return process. I've tried it on phones and desktop and in several browsers. Don't order here. It is a very bad trade company. I ordered a present for my sons birthday way upfront his birthday. The item should be on stock according the website and shipped within a few days. In the mean time we are two weeks later and still the status is preparing for shipment. Contacting them you receive a standard mail.
