SCAM. This website only accepts debit cards and refuses credit card payments, clearly because they know debit transactions cannot be easily disputed or reversed. After completing the purchase, they stopped responding to emails, and when they do reply, they avoid answering the actual questions. It has now been one month with no information at all about the shipment.
The website appears in full Norwegian, but it is a scam. This business is deceiving customers and intentionally stealing money from users. I request that this case be investigated and reported as fraud.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! The merchandise is made cheap they send it from a local place in the USA but when you want to return it they want you to send to china costing you more than the product! Do yourself a favor and make sure it’s USA made before you buy!!! Don’t support china!!!!!

Scam!!! In reality nothing looks like in the picture, different material, different cut, different color. The store is in China not in Oslo. The refund is equivalent to the price of the product. The site should be closed, it is deliberately misleading customers.

I bought an item from this company BellezzaUK, but it has many different names, the one i bought the item from is based in the Netherlands according to the website,there is even a phone number, but the email address is infoatbelezza.uk. The item was not cheap, but the quality was/ is horrible. I asked for my money back and i will send the item to the Netherlands, but they gave me a chinesse address, Impossible to find in googlemaps. It will cost me a fortune to send that piece of rug to them.They offer me another item and keep the one i bought, there won't be any refund. I asnswered that i don't want anything, the quelity is really poor, i would like to put some pics.

This company is fraudulent,selling sub standard goods ,nothing like the original items showing on their web page ,they are making a fortune ,as for getting a refund well ,what hard work trying to.I don’t think I will get anything back but I will keep asking ,Next time I will read the reviews of other sellers ….

As experienced by others, I found this this company to be an absolute rip-off merchant. The "cotton" shirts I ordered were delivered but were made of 100% polyester. The only way to get a refund was to pay postege back to China, with no real guarantee that I'd get a refund. The postage cost is $54 AUD and the goods cost $223AUD. That means that I'm paying for their mistake/faulty products. PayPal involvement has not resolved the situation.

Totally scammed, obviously trading under lots of name's. Same kind of stories I am reading in this review column at the moment. The name I bought from was jane-sydney.com which living in Australia assumed where Sydney au based. No just a bunch of thieving scamming rip off merchants. Communication is near impossible, they give you the run around ask for more money to return as well as you having to pay P&Handling fee's for the items to be returned to some dodgy place in China -Wang Moaqin. Lane 1177 Jianlan Rd...etc.. I am more than sure especially having read hundreds of reviews that there's no intention of a return with a refund of any kind.. Stay away and do your homework before you buy... They need to be shut down they must be making millions..

Purchased clothes from Nuova-Melbourne.Not sure how a foreign company can incorporate Melb into their name???? Clothes came from Sydney, emails go to The Netherlands and I sent clothes back to China ?? Try and work all that out. Have communicated with them at least 20 times. Doubt I’ll ever get a refund, it’s been 35days since my parcel arrived in China. BE CAREFUL,read the returns policy….IF you can find it.. I will never purchase from a company like this again.

SCAM, they operate under Klærigo in Scandinavia (Fake Swedish company) and Fournier in France (Fake UK company).
Company registration numbers are fake.
You will receive a low quality copy of what you ordered, you will be disapointed and you will return it to them at your own costs, allowing them to sell it to the next person!
Of course no money back, but now they have your bank details.

A massive scam, most likely part of a network as the websites are often shut down and new ones created under new names. I bough clothes for a total value of $200 of Viola Mae. Clothes looked great on the website, legitimate ... I was so wrong. The goods arrive but quality is so so poor and it looks terrible, nothing like the site. The return process is convoluted, very little information on the site. Then you are told you shipping cost are on you, and the parcel needs to be sent back to an address in China. And of course you are told it never arrived so you lose all your money.

It is a business model based on misleading customers. They include images of brands from other manufacturers and send their own products of poor quality from their warehouse in China. The goods you receive look completely different from what you order. In the event of a complaint, they demand that you send the goods to China and cover the shipping costs yourself, as well as cover their administrative fee. These costs can be higher than the cost of the goods, so in practice there is no point in returning things. Stay away!

Fake products, did not look like the photo

What a joke of a company. Horrible quality, not at all as was pictured. I laughed out loud when I opened the package out of total shock. Impossible to return- product was sent from China, this is the message I received from them making it seem that a return is too expensive and difficult to even both with:

I waited 2 weeks for the product. On the official website from 5-8 days. The product arrived was completely different. It was written on the official website 100% wool, polyester arrived. The color was supposed to be beige, but it turned out to be white. Terrible tailoring, transparent fabric, traces of markings on the fabric. Do not order from this site!!!!!

Kina dritt. Sendes fra Kina og hvis skal du retur varer , betaler for frakt selv.
