Excellent service from Kle deg Fint

Kle deg Fint gave me personal and very good service with regards to returning a purchase that wasn't fit for my size. In addition, I would like to a mention my satisfaction when it comes to quality, correct size and fitness of other clothes I received in the same order. Overall, very happy with my purchase at "Kle deg fint"

Return/refund when items don't fit and you with to return

I received two items that did not fit and even if it took long time to fix, I will now get my money back. Do not have to return the items because they come from China...
It would be great if kledegfint could make it even clearer where to log complaints/refund claims on your website and respond more promptly to customers. My first mail was sent 26.4. and today, 22.6. the refund was confirmed. That is too long.

I was very satisfied in the end

I was very satisfied in the end. But I couldn't use the product I bought because it was too tight, even though I bought a size larger than I usually do. It took a while, but I got good service eventually, and I'm satisfied.

Horrible!

The size, color and the quality of the dress was not as expected. As they tell their customers on their web site, you have to contact them to make sure you have the right return address.
I never heard back from them after trying to get i touch three times.
I’m glad I chose to pay throug Klarna, who, after me telling them about my issue, just canceled my payment so I didn’t have to pay for the horrible dress.

They sent me 2 dresses in wrong size, they promised Money Back. NOTHING HAPPENED!

I ordered 2 dresses on April 19th. and received them on May 8th, it took too long time! The dresses did not suit me and I told them! They gave me 2 possibilities: either return the dresses to China, or give me 50% of the money back! I told them on May 10th that I wanted money back, and Kledegfint promised me money back within 3 to 5 workdays! On May 27th I sent them an e-mail and asked them why I did not have received the money. But no answer! Today is June 22th, but still NO MONEY BACK! This is FRAUD!
