Horrible!!

Horrible!!
I was planning on integrating it on my company located in Brazil.
Once I scheduled the meeting, they only called once on a phone in which I couldn't pick up. Then I told them to call me while WhatsApp because that's how I take my calls. They didn't call me back, they didn't call me after I sent them another phone number, and then proceed to terminate the service.

Horrible support

Horrible support, they drag your question for several days and answer you with 1-2 words, not even trying to explain the steps or process of solving the issue.

Support system is awful

Support is awful. They want you to sit and wait for their reply in their chat which can take 24-48 hours and then they close your ticket in 15 min coz you didnt reply. It's ridiculous.

20 years with CRMs — test Kommo's support before you commit

After 20 years working with CRMs, we chose Kommo for our clinic for a number of practical reasons, and the platform itself has real strengths. But I'll be honest with anyone evaluating it: customer support is the weakest part by a wide margin — and for a business-critical tool, that matters more than the feature list.

Our experience: technical requests, especially around integrations and API access to our own data, go days without a clear, definitive answer. Tickets get templated replies and then auto-close for "no response" while we are the ones still waiting. When you run daily operations on a CRM, that response time is hard to accept, particularly as a paying customer.

My honest advice if you're considering Kommo: reconsider carefully and test their support responsiveness BEFORE you migrate, not after. The product may well fit your needs — just go in with realistic expectations about the help you'll get when something breaks.

1komma5…bad review

In February this year I phoned 1komma5 to get a battery installed on my house and I spoke to a sales representative whose name I can’t mention and he stated that if I signed up and paid a deposit I would have my battery installed by the first of may so after getting that sorted out . A couple of days later a woman emailed me and said she was my representative and if I had any problems to contact her. A couple of days later I received a phone call from another person who said it would be a bit longer. I’m thinking is 2 and a half months enough. So I waited for that period and around the 4 th of May I rang my representative and I Left a message after not getting a reply. I called the sales rep who was there he was the only one who answered his phone and tried to help. He told me my representative was not in the office , and he would give her the message well I waited all day with no reply to my message so I called again and then she started saying I would be looking at about the middle of June maybe. I told her I would not be waiting that long as I had already waited 2 and a half months I said I wanted it done this month to sort something else out and all she could say I understand and she would get back to me so I wrote a review on trustpilot and I received a email to say they wanted to sort it out .I called the representative again and left a message and still no reply.I replied to the email and gave my number which they already had anyway. And another person called saying he was the manager and then the real runaround started asking me to take the review down. They wanted to work with me to resolve their bad communication. Well then it was we can definitely get it done by the middle of July if you want to wait and remove my review I’m still willing to work with you , willing to work with me after I put up a bad review your joking ,and I said I’ve already waited for nearly 3 months. Or we can cancel your contract.Not to mention that I applied before the 1st of May before the rebate dropped and now that it is less because it’s after the first of May. They also complained about my review I believe because I mentioned the names of the representative and the sales person . But I refused to remove it I’m not sure if is still up or not. BUT I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IF YOU GO THERE AFTER THIS REVIEW YO ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME. There are good reviews but you could be one of the bad ones there are more bad reviews up there I’ll leave it up to you . I also told the manager all I wanted was what I was promised by the sales rep and I don’t think I’m asking to much. I am going to go with another supplier. I can’t keep going with the runaround .

Urgent Escalation – WhatsApp Synchronization Issue Not Resolved for 5 Days

We have been experiencing a WhatsApp synchronization issue on our Kommo account for the past 5 days. All integrations and connections appear to be active and properly configured, however messages are not syncing correctly.

During this period, we have repeatedly provided the same screenshots and requested information multiple times, yet no actual solution or technical action has been provided by your support team.

This issue has caused hundreds of customer WhatsApp messages to remain unanswered, directly affecting our business operations and customer satisfaction.

Please escalate this case immediately to your technical team or a senior specialist. We urgently need:

* A real technical investigation
* Clear status updates
* An estimated resolution time

At this point, continuously requesting the same screenshots without resolving the issue is not acceptable for a business-critical communication platform.

Terrible

Terrible. Basic WhatsApp functionalities are locked behind paywalls. Unintuitive, and just selling solutions to problems they create themselves.

A Long and Pricey Goodbye to Kommo

What a thrilling journey with Kommo! I spent over two hours on their chat, in a true test of endurance, just to delete my account. Such ‘swift’ support almost made me reconsider… but no, I had to go. I agreed to delete my account and all my data, but, hey, wouldn’t it be nice to let me use it until the subscription expires? I mean, I paid for a full year and only used one month. And here’s the cherry on top: I can’t use the product, nor request a refund for the unused months, because… surprise! I no longer have access to the system. A perfect case of ‘pay and disappear.’ I suggest Kommo revisits their deletion and refund policies and, here’s a groundbreaking idea: how about adding a cancel account button on the website? It would save hours wasted waiting for a chat that feels like a marathon. Honestly, this farewell left a bitter taste. Maybe I’ll come back one day… or maybe not.

It is a terrible CRM

It is a terrible CRM. Expensive and it doesn't have much features. If you need something remotely customized for your needs, you'll need a developer.

And guess what? Their api is terrible and poor designed, so your developer will have a headache and for that he'll probably take longer to do the job.

Their support team is almost non existent and they will always find a reason to put the blame on the user and not help you (not until they take hours to reply you, of course).

I don't recommend anyone doing business with this company and I wouldn't recommend Kommo to my worst enemy.

Terrible support

Terrible support. You will be bullied for days, answering your question with standard phrases “We have already referred your question to the responsible department, please wait for an answer” and “According to the company’s corporate policy, we cannot disclose the time frame for resolving this type of issue, please wait” but the problem they won't decide.

The worst product I chose, I wish I had never seen it

The features you tried in the trial version do not work after purchasing, they constantly tell you that you need to buy a higher package, and when you buy the higher package, the features still do not work, and when you write to technical support to solve the problem, you hear irrelevant solutions such as changing the timezone. Better yet, if you want to get a refund and are wondering how long it will take, here is their answer:
"Hello! According to the company's corporate policy, we cannot disclose the timing of resolving this type of request. Your refund request was sent to the responsible department. We will notify you in this chat when the refund process will start. Thank you for your understanding ."

Kommo is not only a CRM that doesn't work, but also a product where you have to wait a long time to get a refund.
