Their website is super user-friendly, and the mobile app is lit . I've ordered from them multiple times, and each time, delivery has been lightning-fast . Their customer support team is always responsive and helpful .
The product range is insane - from electronics to fashion to home essentials, they've got everything . Prices are competitive, and they've got regular discounts and promotions .
My only minor gripe is that packaging could be more eco-friendly , but overall, I'm a happy customer! Highly recommend Jumia Kenya for all your online shopping needs!"

Cool products, slight delay in shipping
I was impressed with the variety and quality. My order arrived in good condition, but shipping took a bit longer than expected.
