The customer service took quite time to reply me but at the end we can understand each other to get the return label first and the money after.
Bought something on the understanding that they offer free returns. Seemed a reasonable assumption given that every page on the website says "FREE RETURNS".
There is NOTHING in their terms and conditions about any limitation on their "free returns" except in the case of a customer returning a part of an order, not a whole order.
