Lambourne Estate Agents Reviews

Lambourne have managed many of our buildings for over 20 years, and we have always been very happy with their service. They do a great job of finding good tenants and managing the properties once they have moved in.

They are professional, efficient and organised, particularly when it comes to the paperwork and day-to-day management. We have always found them reliable and easy to deal with.

I would highly recommend Lambourne to anyone looking for a professional and experienced estate and property management company.

The agency has been helpful for managing property & securing tenants. Very good service overall. Great team at Lambourne Estate Agent, handles any issues response promptly.

I have been dealing with Lambourne Estate Agents in Hounslow as a landlord for several decades now, and my experience with them has consistently been excellent. In the earlier years, I was looked after exceptionally well by Mr. Sharma, whose professionalism and dedication set a very high standard.

In more recent times, I have been supported by Praveen Vemulapalli, and I could not speak more highly of him. Praveen is incredibly approachable, kind, and genuinely committed to doing right by both landlords and tenants. He is professional, efficient, and always quick to respond — nothing is ever too much trouble for him. His calm manner and problem‑solving approach make the entire process smooth and stress‑free.

Praveen and his team work with integrity, transparency, and a real sense of care. It is rare to find an agency that maintains such consistent service over so many years, and Lambourne continues to impress.

Highly recommended.

Very personal and cordial team that I enjoyed associating with and leveraged in London. Reliable and credible staff, more importantly truly empathetic management that supports tenants and their wellbeing.

Having been a client for over 25 years, I can confidently say this estate agent is exceptional. As a landlord, they've consistently provided top-notch service in managing my rental property. Their expertise and dedication make them a reliable choice. Highly recommend!
