My credit card was compromised by Lancome after I attempted to purchase a product. My bank reported fraud on my card charging my card for an unauthorized purchase made illegally by Lancome. My account is no longer safe. Your customer service rep told me it was normal. Defrauding my account with unauthorized purchase is criminal, and should never be a normal process.
I have been a Lançome Girl since I was in Beauty Therapy school in Ireland in 1983!! My only problem with the company is that they keep removing items that are awesome off the market for example Color Design “ Cafe Crème” eyeshadow and Star Bronzer “natural Matte” 02 Sunkiss!
