I have only used the Sessions feature so far but it had excellent video and nearly instant audio. I needed a video collab with another musician where we could play along with each other without a delay or latency. There was still a tiny amount but not enough to interfere. That is a much better experience than WhatsApp or Zoom. I'm sticking with LandR now and will be using more of what's on tap here. Certainly a great introduction to LandR.
I love that I can write a song, have it mixed and mastered and put out to the world without paying hundreds of dollars. Landr does it all.
**LANDR refused my statutory withdrawal request within 14 days**
I purchased an annual LANDR subscription by mistake, while intending to choose the monthly plan. I contacted LANDR within the 14-day withdrawal period and clearly requested cancellation and refund.
Their support repeatedly answered that prepaid subscriptions are “not refundable”. In my opinion, this is not a valid answer to an EU/Italian consumer exercising statutory withdrawal rights.
Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code grants consumers a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, unless a specific statutory exception applies. Article 56 requires the trader to reimburse payments received after withdrawal, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days.
LANDR did not provide me with the specific legal basis for refusing withdrawal, nor documentary evidence that I expressly agreed to lose my withdrawal right. They only relied on a blanket “non-refundable” policy.
A company policy cannot simply override mandatory consumer rights. This experience has been unacceptable: automated replies, no effective human escalation, and refusal to refund an annual plan purchased by mistake despite a timely withdrawal request.
I am now considering formal consumer complaints and legal action.

Because of new rules/policy I had to pause several older releases and had to create new releases of the same songs. This was annoying, took a lot of time and seemed pointless to me. However, the assistance offered by Landr to come to a solution was very good.

LANDR is a great experience and offers solid support. I have a Distribution Pro annual account and have already released 3 projects (albums I suppose) and have been very pleased with the ease of their backend. Also, when support is required -- for example YouTube taking forever to add a release -- LANDR support was professional and very helpful. Also, I own the Mastering plug-in and I find it to be quite useful on some tracks -- especially with regards to stereo width and bass management final polish.
