Just returned from 7 days at La Perla in lake Garda. Had a great time at this hotel. So friendly. The dining staff are brilliant. Special mention to
Sanaa, Morgana at breakfast. Always very pleasant. Dining waiters Paolo, Juan and Damian can't do enough for you. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Hotel in a fantastic spot across from bus station and approx 10 mins to ferry terminal. Rooms a bit small and room we had was very dark (331) so upgrade to pool view room.
Worst hygiene I have witnessed
Worst hygiene I have witnessed, worst customer service, and the worst rooms. Infested with fungus, and so much dust you can barely breathe. No bed sheets, no towels and no toilet paper. A fridge that’s not working, and a tv without a remote. I can even tell where to stop, completely waste of money, and when asking for a refund they become very upset and tell you it’s not possible. I would never put my feet in this place again, KEEP AWAY from this rathole
While the product is amazing
While the product is amazing , management for New York and New Jersey is horrible and could care less about the employee . They don't pay employees on a timely basis. The employee goes to work on time , but yet don't get paid on time. I would think twice about working for this company unless they get a new AE for those locations because the current one is a tyrant . I didn't find out that there were over three girls before me that also left because they didn't get paid. That's my personal opinion from experience.

My manicure lasts longer at La Perla!
The salon is open seven days a week, which works well for someone who is super busy. My favorite technician is Tina. I can always count on her to do what I want. My manicure lasts longer than at other salons!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing but as it was sold in Harrods I trusted the brand.
Received my personalized item and thought it was odd the personalization seemed wonky but thought maybe it was meant to be like that so left it….
Worn item twice and the stitching failed.
Customer service rude and unhelpful, want me to take it to a dressmaker!
They wouldn’t send a replacement as apparently no item has ever failed before.
I now see other people have had issues with the stitching so says a lot about La Perla.

Unacceptable service experience
Last week I was in your shop in Limassol and bought a nightdress, but the saleswoman was so unprofessional in her position. She was trying to sell in "very cliche marketing ways" which is not for the places like yours I believe, as it's not a Sunday market. But the worst thing for me was that when I asked to pack it in the box which was standing there, she told me, that my purchase is too much and the price which I paid is not that big. Is it about the money? Have not met something like this in any other brand shop. Very disappointing.
Abysmal customer service
Yup. What nearly everyone else said. This place pretends to be posh and high-class, but has abysmal customer service. I gave it a try, and I'm now stuck with a faulty, unevenly sized, badly sewn item worth several hundred euros, and no real return options. (I mean, sure, I can send it back, but they say they'll reject because it's been tried on.) -- should have checked Trustpilot before trusting these people. You live, you learn. Never again.

DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY! - I purchased a few items, which did not fit me properly, so I requested for a refund and this is what happens:
Firstly, I live in the United States and there are a few La Perla stores around here. Then why did the customer care wanted me to ship the items and not return them at the stores? The customer service mentioned that I need to mail the items in Amsterdam, Netherlands and issued me a return and packaging slip!
Secondly, I had to follow up with the refund process as it was over 10 business days since the items arrived at their facility. Within 24 hrs of my email, the customer service responded that the items had stains, sent photgraphs and denied me my refund. I clearly remember not even wearing them for 10 seconds as I could fit through them including my underwear, so how can i have stains on them?
Lets say hypothetically, that I had worn those items and had stains on them, then why did they do not accept any returns at the store? They could have easily inspected at the store and denied me my refund, had I really "used" them!
They are a complete fraud and this is a bad business practice because it is obvious that they put the stains themselves and sending me pictures to avoid the refund. Simply have your company policy that you DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AS YOU DONT WANT TO.
I am completely DISGUSTED by this brand due to its unethical practices.
I bought the items from this brand because a friend recommended to me!..customers beware not to buy from them at all!
There are other brands out there with better busines practices and we should buy from ethical businesses.

Please what ever you do, do not buy from this scandalous site. They sent me an item with a stain that I obviously tried to return. They are rejecting the return saying it did not arrive like that! How can they make that statement? I’m now trying to chargeback the item through my bank, which they are still refusing. Do not purchase!

I recently ordered the perfume sample…
I recently ordered the perfume sample set, “Discovery”, as I am a huge enthusiast of haute couture perfumes and wanted to test their new line before buying a full sized perfume. I paid for premium standard delivery which is guaranteed to be less than one week and it ended up taking a month to arrive - bearing in mind that this sample set is small enough to fit in a standard envelope! I received incorrect tracking information and eventually dpd said it was “missing”, and customer service did nothing about this for weeks on end. By the time the samples arrived I had no intention of ever ordering something from them again, and to my displeasure the perfumes ALL smelt like chemical trash you could buy on the high street for a tenner. Do not order anything from this site, and especially avoid the ‘haute’ perfumes because they most certainly are not haute couture.

Buyer beware...I bought a supremely expensive full price item online and they sent the wrong size. I emailed to no avail and tried multiple times to call—their line was either busy or went to a ‘mailbox is full’ message. I mean. The so called 28-day return requires you set up an account for which customer service is required—they have to approve your request and send you a pro-forma email to make the return. Why would anyone ever want to buy from this company??? There’s bad customer service and then there’s scam-level get it together. Go through a secondary retailer if you must buy this brand. Fair warning.

Bad operation, worse customer service
I bought a $700 sleepwear for my wife, but La Perla shipped the wrong color. I then requested to return the item, yet it took me couple visits to resolve the problem with FedEx international shipping. I didn't receive the refund 5 days after the tracking information indicated the package has been delivered, so I called my bank to stop the payment. 3 days later, I was contacted by La Perla customer service agent asking me why I would have done that and wasting her time. Sorry? You sent me the wrong item, costed my time to go to FedEx center during pandemic and not refunding the payment on time, so your time is valuable, but mine isn't?
silk underwear
Ordered silk underwear, when I received it, the silk bra had a little scratch. This bra costs £400 and it wasn’t in perfect condition, even though I ordered it from the original store. I have no words for it. I had to call DHL to arrange the return. Today I received a phone bill £20 for calling DHL. First they sent me faulty scratched bra worth £400, then I had to call DHL and the phone call costed me £20. Never again will I deal with La Perla. They completely lost there reputation for me.
