What exactly is a legal subscription service?
Instead of paying a lawyer by the hour, pay a small monthly or annual fee and get access to a law firm that can advise you on a variety of legal issues—but without a huge bill.
What is covered under the Personal LegalShield Membership?
As a LegalShield Member, you get access to a variety of legal services, in general, including: advice on an unlimited number of personal legal issues, letters or calls made on your behalf, contract and document review (starting at up to 15 pages each) and more. If the basic personal membership doesn’t cover my specific situation, how much will it cost me?
Many day-to-day personal legal issues are covered by the standard membership with no additional fees. If your personal legal issue is not a fully covered benefit, as a LegalShield Member, your Provider Law Firm can consult with you and provide additional referral services necessary to assist you at a discounted rate of the provider lawyer's standard hourly rate.
How can I access my legal team in an emergency?
Access after-hours legal consultation for covered personal legal emergencies such as an arrest or detainment, if you’re seriously injured in an automobile accident, or if you’re served with a warrant. Just call 1-877-825-3797 to speak to a representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also log in to the LegalShield mobile app and select Call Emergency Line to make your call.
What is LegalShield's cancellation policy?
LegalShield is a monthly legal subscription service, and our members have the right to cancel at any time. Per our company policy, all cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The easiest way to cancel is by emailing us at support@legalshieldcorp.com with your name, membership number, phone number, and your request to cancel the membership.
For annual memberships, you may cancel any time after your first 12 months. LegalShield I totally give top ratings whether the top is a 5 or 10. The attorney's and staff are very professional and will give you 100% of whatever the situation may be in your life. The membership is worth it, because you never know when you'll need an attorney.

You will waste days trying to cancel
You will waste days trying to cancel. Already reported them to BBB for making it impossible to cancel. This is a legal services company that preys on people. If you have to make it so impossible for anyone to cancel, you must not be good at providing the services if you have to hold on to customers so badly.
Also, they don't follow SLA. You will be going in circles with them, trying to get the answer to your questions.

Conflicting contracts obtained by fraudulent. Carls Responsee
The letter written by Carl S. was spot-on. He appears to understand the legal issues of my particular case very well.
The question I have for the firm and Carl S is whether he would consider it monetarily feasible to continue pursuing this case. Service Financial has indicated that they do not have the required signatures on the contract that they somehow obtained. My advisor has indicated that the monetary penalties for preying on someone over the age of 65 is serious, especially in California. I believe that this could be moderately monetarily worth persisting for some time to come.

AVOID. This company is uselss plus they make it impossible for you to cencel the memership.
You cannot cancel on the portal, you cannot cancel via chat ( they will tell you that after you spent 20 min providing all the information), they tell you to call ( you are being transfer to 4 different operatprs after you spend 40 min on a call), then you are transfer to the automated message, after all of that they tell you that you need to send a WRITTEN communication, and it is your responsibility that they receive it and open and respond.
