I recently had an appalling experience with Le Garage Mode's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to caution potential customers.
I returned several items to Le Garage Mode (over 100 EUR!) three weeks ago and have been met with nothing but frustration and incompetence ever since. Despite their claims of providing a streamlined return process, my refund has not materialized. Martina from customer service, while initially responsive, has failed to address my concerns adequately. Despite clear evidence that the package arrived at their warehouses and their website stating that the refund has been initiated, I have yet to receive any confirmation or reimbursement.
Their lackadaisical approach to customer service is utterly unacceptable. The delay in processing refunds is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to customers who have entrusted them with their hard-earned money. Furthermore, their dismissive attitude towards my inquiries leaves much to be desired.
I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Le Garage Mode. Their inability to fulfill basic customer service obligations reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Update: They were still unsuccessful in helping and reimbursing me. Now I don't have the clothes nor the money I paid.
Saw some items that might interest the wife. We shopped and added alot of items to the bag since they ship “all over Europe where there is no tax” I think what they mean is they dont ship outside of Europe. Then we went to choose the shipping options, to our surprise they do not ship all over Europe as promised. So time wasted and they cannot ship to the Baltics, because their shipping partner does not do that.
