So far so good!
So far so good! I have had claims with them and paid immediately. I have a puppy so we will see how it goes along the way, but I feel better having the insurance and they are ranked very good on reviews. I hope I continue to have a good experience. My last dog did not have insurance and I had a lot of out of pocket expenses when she got sick. I may not have to use but, I have comfort knowing I have the insurance.

My experience was fast and efficient. I reported my damages, uploaded my pics and provided more information as needed. I was provided a case manger who review my case and within the next business day they paid me for my loss.

Try cancelling a policy you didn't even ask for!
I took out a policy a year ago and did NOT set auto renew. I then get an email saying that the policy was set to renew. The help email address and chat bots are all ai and just generate a generic response telling you how to do it. When I try to follow the directions, it's impossible. I've tried online and on their app. I've even watched YouTube vids. It doesn't work and you can't speak to anyone real!

My frenchie has turned out to have had a lot of medical problems. Fortunately throughout this very rough time I have never had to make the tough decision due to finances. Lemonades claim process is very quick and easy ( I once had an invoice with 40+ charges), you enter information make a quick video and submit. This is the Best Decision I could have made when getting my pup!

'Just in case' insurance
I got pet insurance as a 'just incase'. Didn't think I would need to use it, but when I did the process was quick, easy and straight forward. My dog and i both appreciate the peace of mind.

Annoying
The pricing is decent, however, trying to view ANYTHING on your account is a f*ckin nightmare. You are forced to use their shitty AI chat, and it's not very helpful. Users should be able to view ANYTHING IN ONE PLACE. Also, I have both rental and car insurance bundled, but they charge me separately, which doesn't make any sense.
Lots of room for improvement. I wouldn't use them at all if it wasn't for the pricing. I'll probably start shopping around tho.
