I was approved and it was no hassle for the loan

Honestly do not put any of your info into LendingTree. Don’t try them out. I wanted to see what a second mortgage would cost me and details on it so I put info into their website. I got some good info, but within 10 minutes I had 12 calls and 8 emails. They are honestly the scourge of the earth and a company you should avoid. They sell your info as soon as you hit complete.

An amazing staff, so easy to work with. Very fast helping me with my loan request. Highly recommend if you are needing to consolidate bills.

This was my first experience with lending point and the representative was phenomenal. He guided me through the process with precision and accurate knowledge of the programs lending. I could not have asked for better and it took only 24 hours for the funds to be deposited into my bank account. I really appreciate the programs open honesty and care it's customers with the application, payments and services.

After the nightmare of trying to get a heloan through my bank AND my mortgage company, I made the great decision to try LendingTree. I was FAST, EASY, AND PROBLEM-FREE! The lender used PLAID and connected to our bank accounts, got the income information they needed, and within 10 minutes we had the offer. In 2 days all paperwork was done, and within 7 working days the money was in our account!

MY MOTHER IN LAW APPLIED FOR A LOAN. AN AGENT CALLED HER BACK AND TOOK HER BANKING INFORMATION THEN TOLD HER SHE WAS NOT APPROVED AFTER THE WEBSITE SAID SHE WAS APPROVED. SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH MY MOTHER I LAW AND MY WIFE GOT ON THE PHONE TO TELL HER TO STOP TALKING TO HER MOTHER WITH AN ATTITUDE. SHE BEGAIN TO YELL AT MY WIFE WHO WAS TELLING HER TO REMOVE HER MOTHERS BANKING INFO THE LADY SAID SHE WOULDNT. MY WIFE THREATENED WITH LAWYER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD TAKE THE BANKING INFO OFF AFTER THAT. BUT AFTER MY WIFE HUNG UP ON HER SHE CALLED BACK AND MY WIFE ANSWERED. SHE TOLD HER SHE WAS A BAD DAUGHTER AND THAT SHE SHOULD TAKE CARE OF HER MOTHER BETTER AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO HELL. IS THIS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT WORK AT LENDING TREE!!!!! OR LENDING TREE ENDORSES???? IM BEYOND PISSED YOU DONT TALK TO MY WIFE THAT WAY. BESIDES THIS REVIEW IM WRITING THE BBB. MY MOTHER IN LAW IS ON FIXED INCOME AND DISABLED SHE WANTS TO PAY HER OWN DEBTS AND SHE WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IT SEEMS.

Matt that we dealt with, was very friendly. Didn’t get any weird vibes from our conversations. Easy to work with and helped guide us thru all info they needed.
There was a literal computer glitch and we were among about 216 loan applicants whose paperwork got “lost”. So it took an extra week.

This company advertises that you will have money within three to five business days. It took two weeks numerous phone calls and it going to a VP before I finally got my money. So I think you have bad customer service.

Communication was poor and loan never likely to be funded.

It was fast and easy. I was stressing about getting a loan and this process was very quick and painless.
