Savaged
Having read the reviews and desperate to find a deet free repellent that worked, I decided to shell out for this stuff. Bitten six times, savaged in fact within 2 hours, despite pretty much bathing in the stuff.

Repeat purchases
Use the room refreshers on all holidays to try to prevent mosquitoes in hotel room. Also have tried the bracelet. Not sure how effective it is but will continue to use it along with repellent to keep bites at the minimum.

I heard about incognito by chance watching sky news one Saturday morning, I brought a couple of products and I'm on the last day of my holiday and wow I've only been bitten once, so I highly recommend, incognito repellent spry and the shower gel.

I used the shower gel and spray during a recent trip to St Emilion in France. I wasn’t bitten at all which is unusual. I did see quite a few people with badly bitten legs so was very pleased with the incognito products.

Every August and September I get badly…
Every August and September I get badly bitten (in North Bedfordshire) but have never seen an insect on me so don't know if the culprits are mosquitos, but they are quite large bites, presumably acquired gardening or dog walking. This month I am using Incognito bodywash and insect spray which my sister swears by, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me and I now have 25 bites since using this product. Thankfully I've discovered that a hot (cup of tea temperature) teaspoon calms the itching for several hours.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Sherlee. As it sounds like you’re particularly prone to bites, we’d recommend following our Simple Steps System, reapplying regularly, and avoiding strongly scented perfumes and cosmetic products, as these can attract biting insects. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad you’ve found something that helps ease the itching.

I am sure I will be pleased with the product but not used yet. Not happy with delivery. Paid the extra for next day delivery - as it was after the cut off time I did appreciate it would not be next day but the day after.
Sadly I paid the extra for nothing - ordered on the 25th did not arrive until the 28th..

Hi Sue,
We’re really sorry for the delay with your delivery and completely understand your frustration, especially after paying extra for next-day delivery. We did dispatch your order on the 26th, but unfortunately, once it’s with the courier, we have no control over any delays they may experience. As an apology, we’ll refund the £5.99 shipping charge back to you. We hope you’re pleased with the product once you receive it!

Hi Jak,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the products didn't meet your expectations.
While many customers find our layering routine highly effective, we appreciate that everyone's experience can be different depending on factors such as the type of insect, application, and environment. We're disappointed to hear you were still bitten and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you'd like to discuss this further, please do email our team on info@lessmosquito.com and we'd be happy to help.

Great Product
Great product that helps keep the mosquitoes out of our bedroom at night. It allows us to sleep with the windows open during this heatwave. We rely on this product as we don't want to be breathing in chemicals all night.
