I’m extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and the entire experience.

I ordered a tube top in a size small, and it arrived way too big, completely off in sizing. I went through the exchange process for an extra small, hoping that would fix the issue, but instead I received a damaged item. The button was loose to the point of being unusable, which is unacceptable for something brand new.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I couldn’t do a second exchange and would need to file a warranty claim just to get a refund. I followed their instructions carefully, double checked everything, and was reassured multiple times that I would receive a refund after completing the process.

They then took weeks to respond to the claim, and when they finally did, I was told something entirely different. I would need to ship the item back at my own expense for assessment, and even then I might only receive a voucher, not a refund. By that point, I was also told I was outside the return window, leaving me with no real options.

So now I’m stuck with a brand new damaged item and no clear or fair resolution unless I spend more time and money just to hope for store credit. Between the inconsistent sizing, poor quality control, and frustrating and misleading customer service process, this was a terrible experience from start to finish.

I had an excellent service

I had an excellent service. Ive bought two lots of stuff and both lots came really fast. To begin with I ordered jeans too small (over optimistic as usual) and took them in store (bull ring b'ham) and the service was second to none. They didnt have them in store but reordered them and they came the next day. I dont think you'd have a problem sending stuff back using the return label and form. The clothes seem the same quality than in the past as far as i can remember. Would I use again...100%

Dreadful quality

Dreadful quality, 100% cotton 501 are stretchy and blow out in 6 months. Store didn’t want to know about it because I had no proof of purchase even though they still had the same jeans on the rail! I was told by a manager they couldn’t do anything because outlets, concessions and Levi’s stores all have different qualities of manufacture even though they say Levi’s 501. Wasn’t even offered a repair. Mind boggling.

Going green

Been wearing Levi’s for a while now and always been happy with them especially as they would alter for free, but that went when I purchased 2 pairs recently. But the real kicker is the dark blue pair that I purchased have started to show underlying tinges of green all over and it won’t go away so far. I contacted them and all I got back was that it was acceptable and perhaps I could purchase a different style that may not become green!!!!

501 are good for casual wearing

Got my Levi’s 501 on December 22, 2025, after trying different fits in store. These felt the most natural, not too slim, not too baggy. I liked that classic straight look right away. fabric feels really solid, like something that will last longer than cheaper jeans. I’ve been using them regularly since then, mostly casual wear, with sneakers

There are a few things to mention. They don’t have much stretch, so comfort depends a lot on the fit you choose. Also they felt quite rigid at the beginning, took some time before they became comfortable. the button fly is fine once you get used to it, just slower than a zipper.

Overall, really good jeans, especially for their price

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased several pairs of their jeans online at the and of February with the intention to return the ones that didn’t work. I am a red tab member so have free returns, but when I dropped off the FedEx package as postal chase they told me it has to go to an actual FedEx location. Then the status of my package never updated in their website. I finally called on 4/6 and they confirmed they received my package and sent an automated email saying so. Fast forward 10 days, no other communication and no refund. I did talk to one person who told me I had to wait 15 days for my refund, that day has also come and gone. At this point it has been over a month, I have had no communication unless I call, and I can’t get this escalated. Apparently it is sitting with their “leadership” team, it’s been 4 days since I have heard from that person, and only ver email, and they won’t give me a timeframe of when I can expect a resolution. At this point I’m beyond frustrated, they owe me over $700 and there does not appear to be a way to get this resolved. Extremely disappointed with this company, and will not be purchasing from them again.

Levi's as always, stable but with some cons

Bought Levi’s 504 around on January, 2026, mainly because I wanted a simple pair that works for everything, slim ones, work, casual, going out. First impression was good, really...fit is nice, straight cut, not too slim, not too loose, easy to style

Denim felt decent, not super thick but comfortable from the start, which I liked. I started wearing them quite often, no issues in the beginning. I wouldn't expect less

But after a while, small things started to bother me. They tend to stretch out during the day, especially around the waist, so the fit changes a bit as you wear them. Also color faded quicker than I expected, not terrible, but something is noticeable. And the fabric doesn’t keep that clean shape after sitting for a long time, so yeah, they’re good, just not as reliable as I thought....genrally, recommeding to buy on the sale

One month to receive a refund

I returned items from an order. They were received by Levis on March 23. Today is April 18 and my refund was finally initiated, though not yet credited to my debt card. That’s one month. That’s unacceptable. I will never buy from them again.

I made an order for 501 jeans

I made an order for 501 jeans. Once I ordered through PayPal, I got email stating it was canceled due to being out of stock and I was not charged. Then I get an email stating that I should buy the item before it sells out. I check the store and says they have 1. I buy it and this time get charged for it. Then couple of hours later, I get another email stating the item is out of stock and I would get a refund in 5 to 7 business days and gives me a code for free delivery. Then I check the item again and says store has fewer than 5 of them but it won't give me the option for delivery and if the store has it, why it keeps getting canceled?
This is really frustrating and none of your emails are making sense. Also, if it is your mistake, why do I need to wait that long for my refund? Customer service only had the excuse of when it says 5 or less, they probably don't have it. That does not make sense. I kept asking them why couldn't they send me the item I bought instead of store but all they did was giving me a run around.

Better don’t order from the website

If I had read the reviews, I wouldn’t have placed an order on Levis.com. I‘m not the type who likes writing reviews, but the shopping experience was so terrible that I‘m writing this to warn others.
1. Before the package was delivered, there were options to write reviews, return the articles. Immediately after receiving the order from the shop, the order can no longer be found on the website. So you’re only allowed to return items or write reviews when you haven’t received them.
2. It took 6 days after placing the order before I was allowed to pick it up from the store. It was to me not that bad but:
3. One of the items I received is completely different from what I ordered (buttons instead of zipper, different color, different size) although I ordered 2 same jeans, only in different colors.
4. Because of that I was not allowed to return them at the store and had to contact customer service. After many exchanging emails with requested photos, and it’s been several days, I’m still not sure if I’m able to get refund for the order. Now they just ignore my email.
I plan to send them back by post, I cannot wear them anyway.

Great jeans and easy purchasing!

Levis.com is great because you can get exactly the size combinations that you need. In the rare instances it wasn't the right fit, returning has been exceptionally easy. Levis is great quality - classic jeans. Great sales!

Levi’s fraudulent advertising

I should have gone to Trustpilot before ordering from Levi’s! I purchased 2 pair of jeans, 1 of which was white and in which all attached photos appeared to be a creamy winter white. I received white jeans with a gold sparkly wash all over them! As they were on sale and marked no returns/no exchanges the company would not take them back. When I remarked it was fraudulent advertising as the jeans truly looked nothing like the pictures, the representative began reading off a response card and refused to allow me to talk to anyone else, stating they would only tell me the same thing. Future business with Levi? Not for me. Wish I could give them a zero.

Quality control is terrible!

Quality control is terrible!
I have six pairs of Levis jeans-all 27X32.
I weigh the exact same as I did when I ordered Bemuda shorts (shaping). All the regular jeans fit great. The shorts didn't fit the same across the three pairs I ordered and they are all 25 to 26 inch waist. The chalk white is the smallest. Now they are charging me to mail them back.
You've lost a customer Levis-shame on you

I have been waiting ten days already…

I have been waiting ten days already for an order I made, it's been delayed twice. Then early this morning I was charged again for the same order. I contacted customer service and they said this is a hold that will be returned to me when they ship my stuff. Maybe this week. How is it possible they charge me twice for things I have not even received and don't know when I'm getting them. Crappy customer service, silly policies. Dude, if you told me I was going to be charged twice for something, but that you would refund me one of the charges back sometime in the future I wouldn't shop with you. Who would???
