Never recommended, they lost another customer. How the manager is Lexus Buda treated me, judged with untruth words and I thought I bought a premium brand in a premium salon…it’s unacceptable! The customer treatment by then like a slave!
1. Misleading sales speech - Toyota central compensate me by up to 150.000 km free service plus a voucher to buy Lexus equipment for 100.000 without any limit then the manager forced me to use it once with a deadline other wise it’s not valid anymore, in order to avoid the media and legal process as the website shown different info about the consumption which was explained by the seller!
2. 3 years later another Misleading info by service about the hybrid warranty then compensated me with a service in order to avoid the legal way.
3. A year later again a misleading info about the upcoming service and nothing about the date of the yearly service of its coming earlier. Therefore I lost the offered free service option and I needed to pay it (540€ unexpected cost !) by myself . I have asked a to listen all parties and the manager dented it.
I made a claim to the Bekekelteto testulet, but the manager of Lexus Buda denied to come and delegated Toyota Central who was as big competent therefore the case closed without any solution by Lexus Buda!
As I read below the request more customers left and more customers cheated by the service and the manager is still sitting there after years but the employees fired … No comment and now way to buy anything from Lexus Buda! The worse customer treatment ever!
