Lillicoco are a fantastic company! The engagement ring I purchased is absolutely stunning and the photos did not do it justice. I was worried about ordering such an important ring online without seeing it but it exceeded my expectations. The ring needed to be resized and I contacted Lucy to let her know about an upcoming holiday and she rushed the ring through and got it to me in time for the proposal! Fantastic quality and fantastic service. Couldn’t be happier!

It's my second time buying from Lillicoco. It's a great shop that I trust. The shipping is really fast and reliable. I love that they provide detailled descriptions of all the jewellery they sell, including the hallmarks when present.

Lillicoco's curated selections of vintage and antique jewelry are my absolute favorites. I've purchased several pieces and each has been a delight. Look lively though, their "latest drops" sell out quickly (immediately)!

My main concern is the quality of communication during the purchasing process. Replies were slow, several questions were left unanswered, and most importantly, the videos I was repeatedly promised were never provided. At times I genuinely felt as though I was interrupting the consultant rather than receiving proper attention before an expensive purchase.
I previously left the shop a 5-star review because they were exceptionally quick and thorough in answering my questions — something that really set them apart from other antique jewellery sellers. That is why I continued waiting for particular pieces I genuinely wanted to buy.

When those pieces finally appeared, however, my experience was very different. I contacted them after the announcement, asking for detailed videos and clarification about the stones, the pieces and shipping. The videos were promised several times throughout the day, but I never received the videos I requested — from different angles and in natural, diffused light rather than direct sunlight. I followed up repeatedly, only to be told in the evening that their working day was ending and I would get the information the next day. By then, the pieces could already have been sold, so I had to buy without the promised videos.
I was later told that they do not film videos indoors. This is particularly odd with opals, where lighting and movement are essential for assessing the play of colour. Lillicoco had provided such videos for me before, so I was surprised that this was suddenly no longer possible.

As a result, I would probably have chosen one of the pieces differently if I had seen the proper video beforehand. A couple of days later, I also asked for videos of two new rings announced on their insta page. The reply came several days later, by which time the most beautiful ring had already been sold. That was especially disappointing, as I genuinely wanted it.

There was also an issue with one of the pendants I bought. After receiving it, I noticed a fairly large chip. The description mentioned a “descreet chip”, but in reality it was considerably more noticeable than I expected. I would still have bought the piece, but I would have appreciated the consultant drawing my attention to it, AND sending me a clear photo of it as I asked.

On the positive side, Lillicoco did fulfil their DDP shipping obligations: all taxes and duties were paid by the shop. When my parcel was delayed in customs, they contacted DHL after I emailed them and provided the necessary information. There were no problems with shipping or fulfilment itself.

I still think they are good sellers, but unfortunately the quality of pre-purchase communication has declined significantly in my recent experience.

This jewelry site is exemplary. After searching everywhere on- line and stores, I was so happy to find Lillococo- unique and interesting pieces. I got a beautiful ring - resized. I found customer service was also everything you’d want. I will always be checking in!

It is so easy to access this website and to view the carefully worded descriptions of the pieces, plus clear photos of the working parts and details. Contacting the staff is a smooth operation and their response is prompt with excellent attention to the history and details of my orders. Once I am made aware of the postal situation of my purchases, the delivery is rapid and no extra charges are applied. The quality of the items is high, and if, in the rare event of non- satisfaction, there is a no quibble refund policy.
