Hello, I will tell honest rewiew about litbuy. The customer service is decent, but I think litbuy is swiching items, because I ordered supreme chest bag, I check the link in uufinds and the logo on the hand bag is normal, but mine hand bag logo was upside down. I know litbuy does the qs but I thought it looked all good. Then the shipping price, it was ok, because I know shipping is high but for 5000g to Lithuania, I did rehearsal and the shipping was even more. in total I paid 90euros with rehearsal, but the shipping was fast it only took 10 days and also i did a rewiew video and they said they pay fair price but I got just 1.60 euros.

Lots of hidden fees and terrible quality control
Putting aside the ridiculous amount of hidden fees, such as processing fees of more than 10% on every payment made (paying for the items and the shipping goes separately). Fees to receive extra QC-photos and fees to remove excess packaging which should be free as it requires close to no extra effort.
Two of my delivered items have serious defects which make them borderline unusable. These defects were not visible on the Quality Control photos I was sent. I should not be paying extra just to make sure my items are of adequate quality, that is the point of quality control in the first place. I have already reached out to Litbuy about one of the defects per Email, but have not received a response.

I placed my order through RapidShip and ordered all my products. The seller had to refund one of the products because they didn’t have that size. I chose the same product in a size smaller. However, the support team told me—and on Discord, I got timed out when I wrote something about it—that I can no longer add this item to the Rapid Shipping Hall because it wouldn’t work that way. But now I’m wondering: what’s the difference between an XL jacket that’s no longer in the order and an L jacket that’s being added to it? Exactly—it’s exactly the same thing. However, now I have to pay an extra 40 euros just to ship that one jacket. I was offered a refund, but it can only be credited to the Litbuy Wallet. However, I’d like to get my money back or simply receive the package I paid for as usual.

Advertises 40% shipping coupons but conceals heavy hidden exclusions
I submitted a 9.6 kg haul to Europe with an advertised 40% shipping discount coupon. At checkout, the system deducted far less than 40% (~€56 off instead of the mathematical €71 on a €178 quote).
When I contacted support, they claimed fuel, handling, and service fees are excluded from coupons. I thoroughly checked LitBuy's Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Disclaimer, and Help Center—these exclusions are documented nowhere on their platform.
Enforcing unwritten, invisible restrictions while advertising blanket 40% discounts is misleading consumer practice under standard fair-trading principles. Support officially refused to honor the full discount or grant a wallet balance credit.
If LitBuy wants to retain international customers, they need transparent pricing and written terms that match their promotions. Resolving this with a fair account credit is the only way to restore trust.

Terrible experience with Litbuy feels like they are stealing customers’ money!
Litbuy kept taking payments from me, but my orders were never shipped. Eventually, the order was cancelled, and I still did not receive my money back.
How can you take someone’s money, fail to send the order, cancel it, and then not refund the customer? This is completely unacceptable.
I strongly recommend staying away from Litbuy unless you are willing to risk losing your money. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating experience.

This was the worst ever experience
This was the worst ever experience. My 14 year old son bought a IPhone 16 pro max and waited for a month only to unbox a pair of airpods. We sent queries and videos of the unboxing, couldn't even reach anytone to speak to. Still no response from Litbuy. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My son has had to start using what he never ordered in the first place.

I first ordered and paid
I first ordered and paid for my products, and only at a later stage was I asked to pay for the shipping costs separately. The shipping fee turned out to be twice as high as the value of the products I had ordered.
According to DHL, the actual shipping cost for my parcel was only €2.89. However, the company charged me an extra €35.65 on top of that for shipping — an amount that has no clear justification.
I then tried to cancel the order, but the cancel option simply does not work on the platform.
When I asked about a refund, I found out that Litbuy does not refund the money directly to the credit card — they only offer a store voucher for the same amount, which can only be used for future purchases on their platform. On top of that, if you want to return the items, the return shipping cost is also deducted from this voucher, so you end up losing even more money.
This makes it very difficult to actually get your money back if something goes wrong. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this platform to other buyers.
