Customer service was very responsive and the product works great.

Solid Product
The product appears to be solid. They were lightweight and easy to handle. I installed them in my boat, charged them and ran them for more than 15 hours. They only discharged to 60%. The only issue I had was, I kept getting notifications that they would arrive early, and then got them on the original date specified. The items were as stated and I am enjoying them. I like the BMS to help me keep up with the charge and maintenance.

I haven't had any problems with the battery or charger.It is nice to have one 36V battery rather than two or three 12 v batteries. Lighter weight, less wiring.
I like having a battery and charger from the same company. That way I know they will work well together.
