Just received my order from LGD a few…
Just received my order from LGD a few days ago and I’m very happy with it. I found a quality stone and it was only $3.6k. (Cut: very good, Clarity: VVS1, Color: D, Carat Weight: 1.84). I went with a two-tone 18k gold setting with a hidden halo which came to just over $1k.
My contact person was Susan who was always very responsive. I placed the order 3/5/24, the next day she sent me the 3D and CAD images (pics 2 & 3). I approved them right away and she sent the ring to production within 3 days. Once in the “crafting” stage, we’re told it will take 2-3 weeks. I reached out on 3/18 for an update and Susan let me know that the ring would be done and shipped within the next 3 days. It sends to their NYC location from India and then overnights to client. I had the ring in my hands on 3/28.
The one issue I had was that I requested it to be delivered to my local FedEx and held for pick-up—since the package requires a signature and no one would be home to accept it. This didn’t happen. They had it delivered to my house and FedEx attempted delivery twice before I was able to make it the facility it was being held at—which was a different location from the one I originally requested. Outside of that, my experience was a positive one and the ring turned out beautifully.
