Sad day

The website makes it look like you’re going to atleast get your money worth, you don’t.
I didn’t want to believe the internet because I finally could afford to give my gf and I something cool every month, instead I was given a huge let down. I feel like I was scammed. It hurt more than it should have when I got home to find my loot bag , not crate… bag. I sent an email and they don’t care at all. The words they replied with are just words no action. This company will fade away. Once a cool idea now either a greed or a burden. The world needed a loot crate and now we have a poo crate. Thanks for taking my money and repaying me with a sad day.

If I could give this a zero I would.
I got the Fallout box last year for my husband, and it was a gigantic waste of money. We got two boxes that were Fallout 76 themed, and the quality was absolute garbage. The coolest thing we got was a beanie. They "ran out" of Fallout boxes (mind you I ordered this months in advance) and sent SESAME STREET items instead. The customer service is like the blind leading the blind. They know they're ripping us off. Don't waste your time or money on this disgusting company.

Scammers

Scammers, not going to pay $6.00 for everything when I can get it cheaper at another store. So unorganized, I don't mind looking through bins but it was ridiculous. You didn't know who were customers and who were Employees.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! I’m waiting for a wizarding box that I’ve paid for but never received. When I contact customer service they say sorry it’s late, it’ll be shipped soon and have been given dates that have been & gone. They completely ignore my request for a refund. Steer clear!!!!

Horrible! My first shirt was from a 1970 movie I had never heard of. I said I'd give the a second shot,only to receive a Golden Girls shirt for my next one. Immediately canceled after that.

Terrible my mother bought me one loot…

Terrible my mother bought me one loot box and there was only three items for $40 plus $20 for shipping it had a shirt that was way too small a cheap key chain and a dollar store quality bucket hat all worth only like 20 dollars

Do not order from this place.
They will keep.ypur money forever and maybe...maybe you'll get what you ordered after 4 months
I paid on Feb 15. It's April 21st...still no crate. And no response from them.

The Loot Company Stole My Money

The Loot Company, by all necessary means, are a complete scam. in 2021, I purchased the first Junji Ito box from them, due to COVID it went through delays and eventually when I looked back at it, the order had been cancelled.

I emailed them everyday for 3 months, CC'ing in every possible lootcrate email I could find online, only to have no response.

Strongly, strongly do not recommend anything from this business. Take care and avoid any related companies.

P.S - If you issue my refund finally, I may bump this up to 2 stars.

Was great when it was Loot Crate

Was great when it was Loot Crate - now it’s a total ripoff. Subscribed to 6 months in November, finally got my second crate today (March). A small plastic mailing bag filled with junk - a thin crappy blanket, a small notepad, a pin, and a tiny stuffed creature - no recognizable brands like the old one, no nice packing box. I’ve been scammed!

Halloween Merch in January?

I am writing to file a complaint against LootCrate regarding a quarterly subscription service I purchased. I have received two boxes so far, and both have been extremely disappointing and not as advertised.

My first box contained a t-shirt that was not the size I ordered. While disappointing, I did not pursue the matter at that time.

However, the second box, which arrived in late January, was completely unacceptable. It contained a number of Halloween-themed products, many of which were clearly dollar-store quality. For example, the box included a 10-pack of "Halloween Loot Bags." The overall value of the items was far below what I expected for a subscription box and certainly not worth the cost.

Furthermore, the items in the second box were simply stuffed into a bag. This was a significant departure from the advertised "unboxing experience" which is a key part of the appeal of subscription boxes.

I contacted LootCrate customer service to express my dissatisfaction and request a resolution. Unfortunately, they failed to offer any satisfactory solution. Don't purchase!

Literal shit products. Ordered back in August maybe…just now received our package and it’s full of HALLOWEEN cheap ass items. I’m pissed. Definitely not what it was back in the day.

Really bad, scammers, bankrupt chapter 11.

I'll try to keep this Short and simple.

2015 - I get my first box, it's amazing, it's awesome, everything I could have hoped for.

2017 - i notice the quality has gone down a bit, would get a duplicate item from time to time, suspicious arose.

End of 2017 - i cancel my subscription.

May 2019 - i decide to try my luck and get one of the more pricey boxes retailing at $60 shipping not included.

Covid; I wait a month, never receive anything, wait another and nothing, at this point i contact support, they say they sent another box, never got anything, kept going back and forth with them, kept saying they will send new boxes.

Augest 2019 - I ask for a refund, find out from the rep they are filling for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that i cannot get a refund at this time.

October 2019 - i contact again requesting my box or a refund, box sent, still never received, refund denied.

End 2019-2021- I email and get ignored.

Just sent me tat that I could of bought from the pound shop

I ordered a loot crate for my son for Christmas, I ordered from them before about 5 years ago and it was decent then. but now they are totally awful. it came a month late so he didn't get it for Christmas and when it did come it didn't even come in a box, just crappy plastic wrapping. The items I received must be worth less than $10 and I paid $50. absolute garbage avaoid.

I ordered the Berserk box on July 13, 2021. My box didn't come in on the delivery date because Covid delayed products to be shipped which they sent an email about with the dates of approximate shipment dates for other affected boxes. I waited for the dates they mentioned and nothing. The dates kept being pushed back. And the status on my order was reading pending shipment. I think after the 3 or 4th time the date got pushed back, I checked the status of my order and apparently it was cancelled by me which I never did. Nor did I see a refund. I contacted them multiple times but never contacted back or gave me a refund or anything. It's been years. I don't recommended them. I wish I could give them a zero or worse a negative rating.

I ordered a Fallout Box in November for my son. After a thoroughly confusing experience on the website, money was immediately taken from my account BEFORE the shipping was even displayed. Also even though the basket says 1 box, I realised I had signed up for a subscription. I sent an email the next day to support asking for a refund, or at least for the subscription to be cancelled.
After waiting another 10 days or so, I sent a follow up to my request asking for more information. Nothing until I received shipping notification today. I finally lost my temper and did some deep research on this company - which obviously I should have done before hand. I'm now doubtful the box will actually come. However, I did want to let people know to be super aware of what you are ordering, and aware that you will receive no assistance in the case you actually need it. I would say minus stars for absolutely the worst customer service experience!

Just a bit fat zero no to this company

I placed an order on 9th November 2024 for funko pop terrifier and was super excited to get one for my friend and myself.
I contacted the company twice to follow up on the order. First email didn't get reply other than they would ship out pops asap.
After waiting 2 weeks more sent a follow up email requesting an eta on delivery. Received an email advising that item was on back order and they had no idea if and when it would come in.
I was advised I would get a refund with no apology, no nothing.
Needless to say I would advise not purchasing anything from this company. They take money super quick for items that they actually do not have.
Save yourself the time and energy and do not support this company.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Shop elsewhere.
If I could give them my honest score they would be at negative trillion points.
