I recently bought an item from Lostboysarchives, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The product arrived much later than expected, which was already a bad start. When I finally got it, the quality was nothing like what was shown in the photos online. The item was poorly made and had visible defects that weren’t disclosed in the product description.

Additionally, the customer service was frustrating. I reached out for clarification about the delay and to ask for a return, but I didn’t get any helpful responses. It took days for them to get back to me, and when they did, they seemed unbothered and unprofessional.

For the price I paid, I expected much better. I won't be ordering from Lostboysarchives again, and I’d advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.

Shoes Took a bit long to arrive (abt 3 Months) but they write it on the order, that it takes weeks because the need producing it first, the packaging is really well and they look gorgeous!

We received the ordered item quite quickly, but the size was wrong and therefore we had used to return it. Here it says that you must contact support first. I did that but got no answer and no number to call is listed. I tried both in Danish and English as well as on messenger on this page.
On the support page it says that you have to pay to send the item directly to Lost Boys. It is quite expensive but I did it. I was then informed that the product could not be delivered to the address and therefore the package went to the nearest collection point, where it has now been left for so long that I will soon get it back.... And I have heard NOTHING from the company.
Don't shop there…

The product and socks that I ordered have met my expectations. However, attempting to initiate a return or cancel my order has proven to be a highly frustrating experience thus far. It appears that their customer service is virtually non-existent, as evidenced by the numerous comments I have come across on their posts expressing a similar experience. Despite my efforts to contact them through various channels, including email and Instagram, I have not received a single response in nearly a month regarding my request for order cancellation and subsequently, a return due to the item being sent despite my request. It is disheartening to receive no response whatsoever, leaving me feeling as though my concerns are being ignored.

I can only surmise that the refund process will also be a rather unpleasant experience, although I have yet to personally encounter it.

Ordered a pair of shoes wich should take 1-2 days to arrive at my house according to the website. I haven’t received anything a week later. I tried to reach contact 3 times but got no response. I want to cancel my order or have some information about what is happening.

Ordered shoes and paid for express shipping which was not cheap. They stated on their site that shipping to my region would be 1-2 days from order. They took my money and I received the shoes 6 weeks later. Very upsetting as I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday, she had a pair and had mentioned she’d like another. She did not get them for her birthday and definitely didn’t get them for Xmas. Have tried contacting them in various ways with no response. If you decide to buy from this company be aware there is no customer service and their time lines for delivery are incorrect.

I recieved the shoes damaged and when i try to email or message support i dont get a response

My son loves the shoes. At first we bought to small so we hade to order new ones. Sent the first pair back and got a refund.

Very nice service, shoes were too small and exchanged for size larger. My son is very satisfied with it. Topy

The design is nice the shoe box is fire
Sadly no stick because who doesn’t like sticker but that is nothing, i cant wait for the new collection love you all
