I'll share my experience with this casino. I signed up with this casino, and used their Free Spin Bonus promo. Won some money on the Free Spins slot and was able to continue playing. Stopped playing at $158 balance, and requested a cash out, via Coindraw. Did account verification (photos of my Driver License and sent $11 in LiteCoin (that's what account authentication required to verify my cryptocurrency address) .... Cash out was Denied. I contacted customer support asking for a reason for the Denial. Customer support is quick to respond, and after reviewing my play they told me I didn't play enough playthrough. They told me to make bets till I finish the required playthrough. I did that. Requested 2nd cash out, denied again. Contacted support again, was told that photos of my ID were not clear enough and something about glare in corners of the ID (strange, because on My account Dashboard it showed ID approved and all) So I was sent email from them where I was told to send back better photos. Did that. It took about 24 hours to get the new photos got approved. After that spoke to customer supported again. I asked them to double check everything again and to make sure everything is in order now. They said yes, everything is ok, and I can request cash out again, via Coindraw service again. The third request was made on the October 9th, and I received my winnings today, October 13th (received the $100 (max allowed by the terms of the Bonus used) + the $11 I sent them as a requirement to verify my cryptocurrency address) So from opening the account on October 6th and using the Bonus promo til October 13th, that's the time span it took to receive the winning. My experience is positive, even though at times I was skeptical, I even told them at some point to refund me the $11 for cryptocurrency account verification and call it a a day. Their chat/customer support reassured me that all is in order now and they play out eligible winning. Their customer support seems nice and knowledgeable. This is my experience with this casino. They have their ways of doing things and surely it takes time, but I did get my winnings from their Free Spins Bonus promo.

I’ve been a loyal customer that’s deposited thousands here. I realize gambling comes with losses and I’ve lost quite a bit over the year. Finally win a modest $2500 and submitted a withdrawal. Let me tell you how that is going (because it’s ongoing)

8/14/2026: Withdrawal requested ($2500)

8/31/2026: 2 days after their promised 7-10 business days they approved half of it. $1250. Whatever.

9/18/2026: it’s now been 26 business days since my withdrawal and I've received ZERO.

Based on how things are going, I won’t be paid the full $2500 until mid-October (TWO MONTHS) after my original request.

Advice for management:
If you paid out my winnings in a reasonable timeframe, I probably would’ve redeposited the full amount and more by now. It’s like you want to lose customers. It also raises eyebrows as to what “front” this business actually is. It feels like I’m part of a laundering operation rather than a casino that’s interested in keeping customers.

WARNING. If you become a winner here, you will feel like a loser here. Don’t be a clown like me.

Stick to Stake, Shuffle, Bitstarz - sites that take 3 minutes to pay out vs 3 months.

Just perfect casino for me. Perfect promotions. Why does it have just 2 strars here? Maybe it's because of removing positive reviews by trustpilot.com like they did it to my positive review published a month ago.

I gamble here over a year and I can say that promos are very nice. Withdrawals take couple of weeks- they pay slowly. But they do pay.

I believe this site is hands down the most fraudulent site I've ever wasted my time and money on. I literally followed all their rules, jumped through all their hoops, and been verified every way they make available. But EVERY single time I try to withdraw my winnings, it's almost immediately denied.
Tbh I'm surprised there has t been a class action lawsuit against this site yet.

Y'all should be ashamed for stealing our time/money/info.

Submitted my withdrawl today they say less than 10 min. It took 2 hours to verify my id so I don't know how this will go. Will update if they are worth it. Update they are frauds do not deposit anything I won the 100 to cashout plus the 10 I had to deposit total 110 I only requested 90 of that because I believed I would get my winnings. They paid me out 10 dollars please stay away.

Let’s say you win 5k. You can withdraw 2.5k maximum at a time. So that’s two withdrawals. Even if you’ve put the request in on the SAME day, you have to wait 7-10 business days for each one. Thus waiting about 1.5-2.5 months to get those funds.

In the meantime, you’re still playing to chase that win. I mean if you won 5k, you’re gonna win more right? Possibly. But then again, another 20 BUSINESS days to get the withdrawal.
