Avoid at all cost, not the best deal or service
If you are planning on buying a car or seeking an after sales from this shambles of a "dealership" steer clear. After a somewhat positive experience of buying my 1st Hyundai i20 from here, I decided to buy a Hyundai Kona. Like the i20, the Kona was also handed on the day of delivery with scratches, chipped paint and scuffed alloys. As I was employed by them, I decided to take their word that they will refurbish the alloys later. This unsurprisingly never happened. Took it to an alloy specialist and I learn that the alloys were cut before and barely has any thickness left. On top of that, there was no locking wheel nut in the car and these guys were the last to take the tyres off when replacing the lower arms. So now, I have a car with alloys I cannot refurb because there's barely any thickness left across 25% of the alloys, tyres I cannot replace and even though I raised a complaint regarding the shambolic after sales experience with vertu directly (surprise there is no response it has now been a month). This was due to being quoted at £104.94, which then became £240.12 and then turned into £159.00 after I told them to fix the problem with the aircon and I'll get it serviced locally and raised a complaint with the general manager regarding the pricing situation. Prior to raising this matter with the general manager, I was quoted a retaliatory diagnosis fee of a £150. Completely choosing to overlook the fact that it has been an issue since day 1. I would never recommend this place to my friends and family having seen the practices that take place behind the scenes and after my experience with my current car.

Really good service from first showroom visit to handover of vehicle.
There was no pressure sales and everything was made clear.
Things didn't go smoothly but the team stepped up and resolved the issue with minimal drama and great communications throughout.
