Very good platform. Much more generous free tier compared to n8n
Make is an excellent automation platform. It's powerful, flexible, and allows you to build workflows for almost any use case.
What impressed me the most, however, was their customer support. The team is responsive, attentive, and genuinely human in the way they handle requests. I recently had an issue related to billing, and they resolved it very quickly and professionally.
It's refreshing to see a company that not only offers a great product but also stands behind it with outstanding customer service.
Highly recommended.

Extremely frustrated with this solution. Even with ai the limitation of it could not make a simple action as selecting randomly products from my shopify store and publish them on social media. Big error that I did trust AI and selects it over Zapier. Big big mistake. Pay a little more for a much easier and efefective way to automate

I was charged after believing I had cancelled the service but the business has subsequently refunded the transaction.

A waste of time. Very bad user interface, it doesn't what kind of modules (elements) I inserted so I can't make a revision of my workflow. I want to import a text from a Notion page but it's very complicated. Interface slow to respond. I don't find the AI assistant that was time before. I'll try a better chance with n8n.

This is absurd platform, I'm a software engineer and unlikely had to use this...
- Breaks all the time
- Freaking expensive
- Not scalable
- Whenever they introduce new feature everything breaks. Fun thing it runs, but you have to redo half of your work!

I needed a very simple automation. When I get a 5-star review, post it on my Facebook Page. Zapier could not handle this. Integrately only works behind an expensive paywall. Make offers this for free, and their plans are reasonable. I don't think the UI is as simple and as user friendly as Integrately, but it's not worth the extra money.

Our account somehow got hacked and spent several thousand dollars and they keep just sending us to an outdated wiki!!! There is no support with this company and the only way to contact anyone is for sales!!! This might be a little cheaper than other options but good luck if something happens because you will never be able to talk to a human.

Super complicated to set it up. Then I managed, it worked for a few months and then it stops working, I don't understand what the problem is. The worst part is not this one, it's that is basically IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service, no no no way! Even in the page of open a ticket it says to hire a freelancer, there's no way someone can help you if you have any issues. Disgraceful!!!!

The most complicated workflow I’ve ever encountered. I spent days upon days to get a simple workflow sorted ahead of new employment kick off just because I paid and want to maximise the use but does not work. No specific guide or use case description of each module before use. You just have to set aside hours to examine what each module could achieve end result. There are 100s of modules but which one is which? Even when you finally got a scenario right at the end, next day bug/broken/wrong output. Not worth monthly subscription. I feel most companies like make.com are trying to make huge money from the surge of AI before things finally got right in years to come.

My day is beautiful, until I have to login to make.com.
it's the slowest service I use. Can't wait for the day the API I use is available anywhere else to leave them forever.

Make.com changed my life. I love it so much. Simplicity of how it works, it has everything I need and saves so much time. This is one game changer that uplifted everything I do by 500%. I am really grateful for the fact that their company exist. As well their customer service is extraordinary. Better than any SaaS customer service I had experience with.

Deployed for our automated booking text notifications. The core workflow capabilities and generous free limits allow for rapid initial deployment, but the platform's UI latency is a constant bottleneck. Mapping data through their native modules and filters is buggy and unnecessarily complicated. It's a functional logic engine for basic routing, but the sluggish interface creates too much friction for a streamlined ops stack.

Perhaps the best workflow automation tool in the market. Very generous free credit limit too. It was a great help in setting up our booking page automated text message notification.

It is very complicated to work with. I have very well written prompts for chatbots and they are struggling as well. I worked 6 days on a scenario to create automated pinterest pins from 70 exciting blogs, and I just have to give up. Modules, cursors,. filters... it never works they way you want it.

If you want a service that does what it says, but its slow, takes forever to load and will make your life a bit harder than it should for simple things. make is good, but constantly checking other option Im tired of how slow make is.

Issue with billing process, not support provided, the only message I got is that billing is not refundable even when error was on their platform
Update:
They fix the billing issue and give me a refund at the end
