Too expensive at £89

With in 3 months i have noticed a massive difference on my crown.
My hair is so much thicker and healthier you can’t see my scalp through the hair anymore.
Very happy and impressed with the results.
Be consistent and take them everyday and you will notice the difference.

Everything was smooth and easy, from making the order to receiving it.

The treatment didn’t work. I didn’t see any improvement; quite the opposite. It caused me a serious acne problem, and I’m still waiting to hear back from them regarding my refund request.

Service is decent. Products are good. It’s just the pricing is getting out of hand

The new growth is substantial and the density is impressive 6 months in. My hair has grown longer and thicker than I have been able to in years due to thinness. I have had no side effects which I did on Finasteride. I have seen real visible results in just 6 months which I haven’t had on other brands medication for years.

Every interaction has been great with the company. They keep you updated on delivery, notify you when your next order is due. Can’t fault them!

Wish I started earlier on hindsight so if your thinking about it like I was on and off, just do it as you won’t be disappointed.

I've been a customer for just under a year and ever since Manual changed to Voy the customer service wait times have been incredibly painfull, more so than previously.

I'm still waiting well over a week for simple question to be answered and this isn't the first time. There is clearly a fundamental issue with customer support that needs to be addressed and is ruining the customer experience.

Positive is that staff are really helpful and friendly when you're lucky enough speak to someone, but given the price and the fact I want to start looking at additional treatments I'm seriously considering moving providers as I have zero confidence in their ability to support, scale and grow as a business.

Other past issues have included incorrect information on treatment plans being displayed on both the website when transitioning to Voy. Also, after starting treatment there was a national shortage of HCG which disrupted my medication. Arguably, this wasn't Manual's fault, but proactive communincation was poor, I constantly chased every couple of weeks for updates, or after deadlines had passed. I also noted that friends of mine, with other providers, were not disrupted by the shortages.

Manual/Voy has so much potential but unfortunately appear to struggle to deliver the expected experience.

I contacted you to state i was overstocked with capsules.
I was billed £194.00 to which i contacted your company to stateci had tablets and not to bill or dispatch to me.
I was billed and produvt has just arrived.

My hair got better that's for sure , hoping for the hairline to get back to how it used to, overall I'm so happy I took the decision of starting taking manual pills and I'm so grateful for the help I got from the support team I frequently go back and forth to the UK sometime I leave the UK for more then half a year and they always got me covered I asked for extra meds and they immediately send them to me . As a customer for Manual (Known As Voy now) I'm so satisfied and I can't wait for more progress and new product and I can state for sure that even if I never go back to the uk I'll make sure to just go back to get my Voy meds bc they really helped me in getting my confident back and I wish for the company to get global at some point bc I'm pretty sure a lot of ppl out there r going to need this type of care and help . And yeah usually I don't care to leave a comment but Voy really got me I felt I had to bc someone else might be in my place and in need to make sure that it's actually worth it and I can assure u it actually is they really helped .

The minoxidil is being taken orally which is so easy

I would definitely recommend Manual. Great products which always arrive on time and if you need to speak to a professional there's always someone there for you.
