I have ordered something, after 1 week an email come about its out of stock. I have already paid that so how can this happen?

The promised delivery was delayed by a week and a half, and the contact person on the phone lied and kept making false promises about the arrival. I don't know whether DHL is to blame, or the contact person, or the entire company, but one thing is certain: we will terminate all cooperation with Manutan.

1 minor item was out of stock


1 minor item was out of stock, that's why the whole delivery got delayed with more that 1 month without any notification. I got no reply to my query in email. After my second call, I managed to request partial delivery of the main item, which meant the 99% of the ordered value. Ordered item is good as advertised, that's why my rating is above 1 star.

Manutan can keep those few batteries that I added to my basket to reach the price level of free delivery...

Not customer friendly, processes don't work

Proposal request very fast, good communication.
I used prepaid option, t was good also.
But after I received a order confirmation with undefined delivery time, 1 month nothing happend. When I blaim them, no answer, just send the ordered items immediately. After I not received a final invoice, need ask also, they do nothing without my pushing

Damaged product

Ordered 2 cabinet. one of them arrived damaged.
I have sent a report and photos about it, I have to go in few days after the feedback, what are they going to do with my complain.

Separate deliveries

I ordered 4 items (1 big, 3 small). They post them separately. Received 2 small so far, the third small one is also on its way, no sign of the big item yet. I have to be home 4 times in order to receive 1 order.
Otherwise everything was fine.
