I had an unexpected auto repair an I called mariner, Derik made everything easy. I was in an out in 35 minutes. I will definitely recommend mariner to everyone I know

The friendly staff

After receiving some mail from them I had a few questions. I decided to just stop by their office and get some answers and I was greeted by Stephanie who was very nice and understanding about my questions and answered all of them.I then answered a few basic questions after deciding to check on a personal loan and I have to say it was the best,easiest and fastest time I have ever had applying and getting a loan.I was in and out in less than half an hour.

horrible customer support i mean worst experiences i have ever had with a lender, took them 2 weeks after my initial approval of a loan to get anywhere and it ends with myself without any authorization being withdrawn from the loan, it doesn't get worse, spoken with 10+ reps. in customer support and not one got me anywhere... not to mention were all very rude.

Our experience here was great. Diana was such a big help regarding our needs. Very kind and professional and eager to help us and did an awesome job with helping us. I would refer your company with anyone.

Mariner Finance are very professional and with that they are on top of their jobs. If your late on a payment, they will be calling you but I must say, I've only had staff wanting to help me figure out a solution to get me back on track and stay that way. I like the fact that they dont ask a lot of unnecessary questions about "why" or "what" do you need to borrow money!? I've always hated that question, "Because I need the cash and dont currently have it myself, DUH!" The interest rates are high so I recommend paying it off as fast as you can bc the quicker you pay it off, the more money you will save!

Jermaine In the waldorf location was Awesome, he made our loan process so smooth from start to finish, Very nice guy. Big shout out to him please go and check him out if you ever need a loan.

⭐ 0/5 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Experience with Mariner Finance

I am extremely disappointed with the way my husband and I were treated during our recent experience with Mariner Finance in Atlanta, Georgia.

We dealt with two representatives, John, who was handling our loan, and Jennifer, a manager. Unfortunately, our experience with both individuals was extremely frustrating and, in our view, unprofessional.

We had received written approval for the loan, and we were trying to move forward with the process. However, instead of making the process straightforward, we felt that unnecessary difficulties were placed in our way.

John, in particular, would not allow me a reasonable opportunity to speak or participate in the conversation regarding our loan. We were repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and made to feel as though our questions and concerns were not important.

When we attempted to explain our situation, we could barely get a word in. A customer should not have to argue with a representative just to be heard.

When we spoke with Jennifer, who identified herself as a manager, we expected the situation to improve. Unfortunately, we felt that our concerns still were not being properly heard or addressed. The overall manner in which we were spoken to left us feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unimportant.

This was not simply a disagreement about a loan. It was the way we were treated throughout the interaction. We believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, patience, and professionalism—especially when they have already received written approval and are simply trying to complete the process.

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would.

I am sharing this review because other customers deserve to know that our experience with these representatives did not reflect the level of customer service we expected from a financial institution.

I sincerely hope Mariner Finance reviews this situation and takes the appropriate steps to ensure customers are listened to, respected, and given a fair opportunity to communicate when dealing with matters involving their finances.

Got a loan check from them which i deposited rate was lower than ny credit cards paid em off

I had Lillian Gonzalez helping me. She wss efficient and very nice. She made my stressful day feel calm.
It was fast and very little for me to fill out.
The payment was within my budget.
I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

This company lies, falsely reports and is the absolute worst company to EVER trust with a loan. Go to a bank, go anywhere but Mariner Finance. They are thieves and shouldn't even be in business.

This is the worst scamming institution Ive ever experienced in my life. These people provide poor service. Just horrible. You do not want this on your credit report. They target people with bad credit. I would not borrow anything from these people. Then i think they require a car title which is ridiculous. Horrible and poor. Stay away. Save your money or invest it so companies like this can go out of business.

From the day I called our local Mariner Finance, speaking with Sonia, who helped me every step of the way until I was approved and signed on the needed loan. Understanding my situation was highly time sensitive. Sonia was very informative to ensure I would have everything required and customer centric my entire experience.
