Tried to open a depot, have been a DB customer for decades, spent half of Saturday with no success. Technical errors, 24/7 telephone service - 30 min. I gave up on hold. How is it possible to afford to treat customers this way? I am just chocked

We are very unhappy with Maxblue services. Maxblue deducted a tax that we should not have paid, although we had presented all the necessary documents when opening the account. Now we will have to follow a special procedure with the Tax Office, which will last who knows how long, will require additional effort and time from us, and most likely expenditure. All that to get back the money that maxblue should have not taken from our account in the first place! We do not expect to use its service ever again, and we will discurage others from using them.

Wir sind mit den Maxblue-Diensten sehr unzufrieden. Maxblue hat eine Steuer abgezogen, die wir nicht hätten zahlen sollen, obwohl wir bei der Kontoeröffnung alle notwendigen Unterlagen vorgelegt hatten. Jetzt müssen wir beim Finanzamt ein besonderes Verfahren durchlaufen, das wer weiß wie lange dauern wird, und uns zusätzlichen Aufwand, Zeit, und wahrscheinlich auch Ausgaben kosten wird. All das, um das Geld zurückzubekommen, das maxblue nicht von unserem Konto hätte abheben sollen! Wir erwarten nicht, ihren Service jemals wieder zu nutzen, und wir werden anderen davon abraten.
